As for the adjustment of light quantity, external light is excluded and a circumstance suitable for looking at the video of a video part 18 is provided by superposing the opaque part of the plastic plate 102 of the internal face on the transparent part of the plastic plate 3 of the outside face. By superposing the transparent part of the plastic plate 102 of the internal face on the transparent part of the plastic plate 3 of the outside face, external light is transmitted and a state that the outside can be seen in case of emergencey, etc., is made.

SOLUTION: A timing generator 1 generates the start pulses whose phases are adjusted in relation to horizontal synchronizing signals.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurance of an oscillating state when an input level is reduced by boosting frequency whose inversion is to be compensated in accordance with the reduction of the input level so as to prevent the generation of a black inversion phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:A brightness FM signal is supplied to a soft limitter 11b through an adder 11a and a non-linear circuit 12 constituting an inversion preventing circuit 11. The circuit 12 has a characteristic for interrupting the passage of a low level signal. An output from the limiter 11b is supplied to a sine wave filter constituted of an adder 11c and a delay line 11d and an output from the filter is positively fed back to the adder 11a through an attenuator 11e. The delay time tauD of the delay line lid is set up so as to satisfy f = 1/2tauD. Thereby the frequency (f) can be boosted while gradually suppressing the gain of the lower side band wave of the input level in accordance with the drop of the input level and the generation of the black inversion phenomenon can be prevented without being influenced by excess compensation. When the input level is reduced, the oscillating state for interrupting the passage of the low level signal does not occur in a feedback loop, preventing the generation of a bad influence to an image or the like due to oscillation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To shorten discharging time of a capacitor and to improve a follow- up characteristic for a large amplitude input signal by discharging the capacitor by electric current amplified by a transistor. CONSTITUTION:A base of the second transistor 4 is connected to the first electric current source, an emitter of the second transistor 4 is connected to the second electric current source and connected to an end of a holding capacitor 9. An output terminal 16 is connected to one end of the holding capacitor 9 and a collector of the second transistor 4 is connected to a reference electric potential point. Therefore, when input voltage is widely reduced the second transistor 4 is deeply forward-biased and discharging electric current of the holding capacitor 9 instantaneously flows into a reference electric potential point. For this reason, voltage of the holding capacitor 9 loyally follows input signal voltage.
