Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the erroneous operations of a cursor moving button and an establishing button and to improve operability. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first cursor moving key 2A - a forth cursor moving key 2D for inputting data for instructing the moving direction of a cursor and moving the cursor in mutually different four directions, an establishing key 3 disposed at a center part surrounded by the respective cursor moving keys 2 for inputting the data for establishing the moving position of the cursor, switches 4 for the cursor disposed corresponding to the respective cursor moving keys 2 and the switch 5 for establishment disposed corresponding to the establishing key 3. Then, the respective cursor moving keys 2 are provided with an engagement piece 8B engaged with the establishing key 3.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an information processor to process information with respect to a broadcast program in a short time. SOLUTION: A recipient inputs information with respect to a broadcast program displayed by a display device 3-1 by using an input device. Furthermore, the recipient gives an image displayed on the display device 3-1 and an audio signal to an information processor 4-1 from an STB 2-1 and the image and the audio signal are processed by the input device. Then the information processor 4-1 sends the image after the processing and data inputted by the input device to a broadcast station 7 via an internet 5 on request by a broadcast station. The broadcast station 7 receives data from lots of recipients by an arithmetic unit 7d connecting to the internet 5 and collects the data.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the demodulator of a multi-color system to discriminate the color of the system automatically even when the system of a video signal inputted from the outside is different. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a system microcomputer 6 for monitoring the vertical cycle 50/60 of the inputted video signal and a color sub-carrier frequency, and the video signals in the systems of NTS 443 and PAL 60 excepting for NTSC, PAL and SECA systems are detected as well. Even when the discontinuous point of vertical synchronizing signals at 60Hz provided from a vertical synchronizing deflection processor 5 is detected, a command signal is supplied to a video processor 4 for performing color signal processing by the system microcomputer 6.
