    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a composite plate material and to reduce a defective ratio for forming by joining a magnetic metallic plate and an Al alloy plate by a hot uniaxial pressurizing method. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum plate 2 of 1.5mm thick and 425mm diameter, and a stainless steel disk 1 of 0.5mm thick and 425mm diameter are washed by alkali and 10 peaces each thereof are laminated alternately. Between one piece of Al plate and one piece of SUS plate which become a unit of a composite plate material, a carbon sheet 3 is used as a dispersing material. It is set and put into a die 4 made of carbon, and by putting a punch 5 therein, the whole mold is set to a vacuum furnace of a hot uniaxial pressurizing device. While forming a vacuum in the vacuum furnace to a degree of vacuum of 5X10 , the furnace is allowed to raise the temperature to 500 deg.C, and hydraulic force of 500kg/cm is operated on the lever 5, and held for two hours, and thereafter, pressure is reduced and the temperature is allowed to fall. In such a way, an aluminum/stainless steel stuck plate is manufactured.

SOLUTION: This rotor is formed by arranging a rubber layer and a fluororesin layer on a roller-shaped or tubular base material 1, wherein the rubber layer is formed out of two rubber layers with different hardness; (1) rubber layer 3 with high hardness of 50 degrees or more in JIS-A hardness, 30 kgf/cm or more in tensile strength, and 100% or more in elongation, disposed on fluororesin layer side, and (2) rubber layer 2 with low hardness of 30 degrees or less in JIS-A hardness, disposed on base material side.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a belt for fixation having remarkably enhanced adhesive strength between an elastic layer of rubber and a releasing layer of fluororesin laminated in this order on the tubular substrate and having improved durability. SOLUTION: This belt for fixation has at least an elastic layer of rubber and a releasing layer of fluororesin laminated in this order on the tubular substrate. It is produced as follows; an elastic layer of a rubber compsn. contg. 10-50vol.% fluororesin particles of 5-150μm average particle diameter dispersed in rubber is formed on a tubular substrate and crosslinked and the surface of the crosslinked elastic layer is coated with fluororesin to form a releasing layer and then they are heated at the m.p. of the fluororesin or above.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of forming a heat-resistant elastomer layer excellent in toner releasability on a fixing roller, etc., by including a heat-resistant elastomer and a specific fluoroalkylsilane. SOLUTION: This heat-resistant elastomer composition comprises (A) a heat- resistant elastomer such as a silicone rubber or a fluororubber, and (B) and fluoroalkylsilane of the formula [(n) is 0-15; X, Y, Z are each Cl, a 1-5C alkoxy, a 1-5C alkyl, wherein at least two of the X, Y and Z are the Cl or the alkoxy] (e.g. CF3 CH2 CH2 SiCl3 ). The composition is produced by adding the component B to the component A and subsequently heating the mixture, if necessary, in the presence of a catalyst (e.g. dibutyl tin dilaurate), at 40-120 deg.C for 1-100hr.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing belt which has an excellent toner release property and the elastic force in a thickness direction and is capable of fixing bright images by sufficiently enveloping color toners. SOLUTION: This fixing belt has the laminated constitution obtd. by providing the outer peripheral surface of a thin tubular base body with a belt resistant elastmer layer and further providing the surface thereof with a fluororesin layer.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating film which has a uniform thickness and is free from defects by forming a fluororesin layer of a fluororesin material contg. specific tetrafluoroethylene perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer particles.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a ratio dielectric constant and film thickness to be small, to eliminate the reduction in electromagnetic wave transmissivity due to the invasion of water and also to eliminate a reinforcing member due to the transmission of an ultraviolet ray by laminating a non-porous fluororesin film, a porous fluororesin film and an organic fiber reinforcing cloth so as to make it in multilayered structure and arranging the non-porous fluororesin film in the outermost layer. SOLUTION: A film material for a metal space frame radome has multilayered structure where at least the non-porous fluororesin film A1, the porous fluororesin film B1 and the organic fiber reinforcing cloth C are laminated in this order and the non-pore fluororesin film A1 is arranged in the most external layer. The non-porous fluororesin film A1 prevents the invasion of water by a stain and dust so that the reduction of radio wave transmissivity due to long-term usage outdoors. The porous fluororesin film B1 is arranged between the non-pore fluororesin film A1 of the most external layer and the organic fiber reinforcing cloth C being a strength member so that the radio dielectric constant is reduced, radio wave transmissivity is improved and also ultraviolet-ray deterioration in the organic fiber reinforcing cloth C is prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition capable of giving thick coating films with uniform thickness, causing no coating loss, thus useful for cooking pots, grill pans etc., by dispersing fluororesin particles with a dispersion medium consisting mainly of a surfactant in the absence of any pigment. CONSTITUTION:This coating composition is obtained by dispersing (A) fluororesin particles, pref. consisting of a tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer (PFA), in the absence of any pigment, with (B) a dispersion medium consisting mainly of a surfactant, pref. a nonionic surfactant having chemical structure made up virtually of both alkyl and oxyalkylene alone composed of C, H and O alone and containing no aromatic ring and C-C multiple bond. This composition may be incorporated with pigment particles optionally. A fluororesin-coated plate can be obtained by coating almost the entire surface of a flat substrate with this composition by e.g. screen coating process followed by drying.
