Abstract: PURPOSE:To conduct forward or reverse starting instantaneously by arranging a flywheel in response to a stator coil in a case and giving a motor a flywheel effect. CONSTITUTION:A pair of stator coils 4, 104 are fixed separately in the axial direction to the inner circumferential section of a motor case 1, and a pair of flywheels 5, 105 are disposed into the case 1 in response to these stator coils 4, 104. Rotor cores 6, 106 are fastened oppositely faced to the stator coils 4, 104 on the outer circumferential sections of each flywheel 5, 105. One flywheel 5 is axially supported rotatably into the case 1 by bearings 16, 17, and a clutch mechanism for driving a forward turn is installed to the flywheel 5. The other flywheel 105 is axially supported rotatably by bearings 19, 116, and a clutch mechanism for driving a reverse turn is mounted to the flywheel 105.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase an operating speed by providing plural units of power generators which transmits the change of the hydrostatic pressure generated by crank motion to a hydraulic press and operating respectively separately the units at the timings taken by a clutch and brake device. CONSTITUTION:The power generator A is used for the long stroke of the hydraulic press and the power generator B is used for pressurization. The two power generators A, B are connected by pipings 25, 26 to the upper part 20 of a cylinder where a ram head 19 in the upper part of a slide 22 moves back and forth vertically. A constant pressure hydraulic system 24 is connected to the lower part 21 of the cylinder.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make possible the increase of the speed of a screw press by using a motor contg. internally a flywheel and forward-backward rotating clutch to drive forward and backward a flywheels for a spindle and setting adequately the pressure of the fluid utilized or electromagnetic force. CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 14 starts revolving forward and the spindle flywheel 30 for accumulating working energy starts revolving forward together with the shaft 14 when the fluid A of the prescribed pressure is forced into the driving device according to a forging operation. The pressure of the forced fluid A is made zero and a frictional plate 12 of the forward rotating clutch is disengaged when the flywheel 30 attains the prescribed rotating speed. The flywheel 30 rotates a screw spindle 32 and a slide 33 continues to descend. The slide 33 stops descending in the stage when the kinetic energy of the flywheel is thoroughly consumed by forging. A friction plate 22 for the reversing clutch is used to revolve backward the flywheel 30 and to raise the slide 33.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make possible the prevention of the overloading of a crank press by connecting an upper link fitted pivotally to a crank pin and a lower link connected to a lower slide via a gudgeon pin to a chevron shape by means of a knuckle pin. CONSTITUTION:The upper link 3 is fitted pivotally to the crank pin 2 of a crank shaft 1. The slide 8 and the lower link 6 are connected by the gudgeon pin 7. The upper and lower links 3, 6 are connected by the knuckle pin 4 and a fork 5 is pivotally supported by the pin 4. A piston 10 and rod 9 in a cylinder 11 are fully extended so that the center of the pin 4 is held offset by a prescribed distance X from the straight line connecting the centers of the pin 2 and the pin 7 when the pin 2 is at the bottom dead point. An oil pressure is always generated on the right side of the piston 10 at the upper limit of the slide 8 and the max. pressure thereof is controlled by a relief valve. The overloading of the crank press is thereby prevented and the maintenance thereof is made easy.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To operate a screw press at a high speed and to improve productivity by rotating forward and backward a screw spindle by changing over of a clutch. CONSTITUTION:A revolving shaft 8 and a pinion 8 rotate clockwise and a main gear 9 rotates counterclockwise when the clutch 6 is engaged. The screw spindle 14 is then rotated counterclockwise and a slide 19 moves upward. A signal to disengage the one clutch 6 and a signal to engage the brake mechanism 13 of the other revolving shaft 12 are applied just before a slide 19 arrives at the upper limit position. Then a pinion 10 transmits braking torque to a main gear 9 and the pinion 8 and therefore the revolving shafts thereof and the spindle 14 stop. The slide 19 stops as well. The spindle 14 rotates clockwise and the slide 19 moves downward to execute the pressing operation when the other clutch 11 is engaged upon stopping of the slide 19.

A jet nozzle inclination variable means to incline the jet nozzle 15 upward or downward when the ship speed is low and to return the inclination of the jet nozzle 15 to keep it horizontal when the ship speed is high is provided, and a scoop 18 is provided on the end of a water suction port of the duct 11, and the scoop 18 is inclined upward or downward when the ship speed is low and the inclination of the scoop 18 is returned when the ship speed is high.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the development of over-load in a screw press by connecting a hydraulic cylinder device through a lever with a nut assembly arranged at between a screw shaft and a slider and connecting a hydraulic supplying device to the hydraulic cylinder device. CONSTITUTION:When the screw shaft 4 rotates at the time of working a press, the nut assembly is shifted to the shaft direction by stopping rotation with oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder device 10 through the lever 9 and following this, the slider 7 is vertically moved. When the pressurizing force becomes the preset value or higher, a piston 16 is shifted with the overtorque acted to the nut assembly through the laver 9, and the hydraulic oil in the cylinder chamber is pushed out toward the hydraulic supplying device 17 side, and the lever 9 and the nut assembly are rotated together with the screw shaft 4. By this method, the residual rotating kinetic energy cause of the development of overload is absorbed and the screw shaft 4 is stopped and the overload is prevented.
