    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-Y table without a motor. SOLUTION: An X-Y table 30 comprises an X actuator 10 including an X guide shaft 11 and an X slider 12 movable along the X guide shaft 11 and a Y actuator 20 including a Y guide shaft 21 and a Y slider 22 movable along the Y guide shaft. In the X actuator 10, a pressure chamber is formed between the circumference of the X guide shaft 11 and the X slider 12, and the X slider 12 is provided with a bulkhead to axially divide the pressure chamber into two cylinder chambers. Compressed air can come into and go out of each of the cylinder chambers through passages provided in the X guide shaft 11. The Y actuator 20 is constituted the same as the X actuator 10. By linking both ends of the Y guide shaft 21 with the X slider 12, the X-Y table 30 attached to the Y slider 22 can be moved along either the X axis or the Y axis.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow delivery of a wafer between a horizontal cassette in which a wafer is housed horizontally and a process device wherein the wafer is carried in vertical attitude, by allowing a wrist of a wafer carrier robot to rotate so that the attitude of wafer is changed from horizontal to vertical. SOLUTION: An atmospheric transfer robot 40 is provided above an introduction chamber 70 with a barrel part up and an arm part down. A tip member of the atmospheric transfer robot 40 is fitted with a carrier hand. The atmosphere carrier robot 40 rotates a wrist 44 in W-axis direction to convert the attitude of the carrier handle from horizontal to vertical. The atmospheric transfer robot 40 is so mounted on a running device 48 as to cope with a plurality of cassettes 14 while supported by a frame 49. So, the delivery of a wafer between a wafer horizontal cassette where a wafer is housed horizontally and a process device wherein the wafer is carried in vertical attitude is allowed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a follow-up operation control technique which can control pressure increase or decrease of a fluid device and markedly-improve follow-up accuracy for the target pattern of pressure and stroke. SOLUTION: 2-port 2-position selector valves 4, 5 are provided in series at an oil passage 30 between the oil chamber of a cylinder 2 to be controlled and a hydraulic pump 8, and an accumulator 6 is provided between the selector valve 5 and the hydraulic pump 8. 2-port 2-position selector valves 9, 10 are provided at an oil passage 30 in series between the oil chamber of the cylinder 2 and the hydraulic pump 8 and an accumulator 12 is connected between selector valves 9, 10 with a passage 34, a selector valve 11 is provided at the passage 34 and the hydraulic pump 8 is also connected to the accumulator 12 with a passage 35. Pressure is charged between selector valves 4, 5 or selector valves 9, 10 and is fed or exhausted due to the pressure difference from the internal pressure of the cylinder 2 so as to change the internal pressure and/or the stroke of the cylinder 2. Being controlled by the pressure difference, control accuracy is enhanced with a little pressurized volume.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To make improvements in controllability by detecting a fact that a throttle is operated to its opening side, thereby altering the pitch angle of a propeller to the specified pitch angle as well as detecting a fact that it is operated to the closing side, thereby altering the propeller pitch angle to the minus side rather than the specified pitch angle. CONSTITUTION: A setting signal is outputted from a computing element 83 inputting each detecting signal of an engine speed detector 81 and a throttle opening detector 82, and this setting signal is compared with a measuring signal of an actual pitch angle measured by a potentiometer 85 at a controller 84. A servomotor 86 is controlled by a control signal based on this compared result, whereby the pitch angle of a propeller is altered. In brief, in the case where a throttle is opened more than the setting opening and engine speed has exceeded the upper limit of a speed setting value, the pitch angle is altered to the plus direction. On the other hand, in the case where the throttle is closed from the setting opening and the engine speed goes higher than the lower limit of the speed setting value, the pitch angle is altered toward the minus direction.

SOLUTION: This machine has a mold device 11, a forming chamber 30 housing this mold device 11, a heater 40 for heating the mold device 11, a pressurizing device 50 for applying pressurizing force on the mold device 11 and forming the formed articles by deforming a preform 12 in the mold device 11 and a vacuum forming means for forming vacuum within the forming chamber 30 in at least the pressurizing stage. The gases remaining in the hermetic space between the forming surfaces of the mold device 11 and the preform 12 may be removed at the point of the time when a mold closing stage is completed and, therefore, the formation of the gas residual traces on the surfaces of the formed articles is prevented in the pressurizing stage.
