Abstract: NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I (R is alkyl, alkylcarbamoyl; R is H, hydroxyl or substituted hydroxyl, acyclic or cyclic amino which may be substituted; R is bond, substituted or unsubstituted alkylene; R is H, alkyl, aralkyl; X, Y are O, S which may be substituted, where in case that Y is NH, Y can form a ring together with X or R ; Z is optionally substituted NH or N- containing heterocyclic ring) and its salt. EXAMPLE:2-O-Acetyl-3-O-[N-acetyl-N-( 2'-trimethylammonioethyl )]carbamoyl-1-O- octadecylglycerol iodide. USE:In has an action of inhibiting PAF and effectively used as a preventive or remedy for a variety of circulation disorders and allergic diseases and as an antitumor. PREPARATION:The reaction of a compound of formula II (Q1 is group readily replaceable with N with an amine which may be substituted or an N-containing heterocyclic compound gives the compound of formula I.
