Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a tenter clip capable of obtaining a thermoplastic resin film with good productivity, in which physical properties are uniform along the width direction and also thermal dimensional stability and mechanical characteristics are excellent and plane properties are good, and a producing method for the thermoplastic resin film. SOLUTION: The tenter clip is used for stretching in a tenter, a heat tretment process and/or a cooling process. The mechanism of a clip gripping part is changed into such a mechanism that a film is not moved in the longitudinal direction within the clipping part in a stretching process and the film can be moved in the longitudinal direction within the clip gripping part in the heat treatment process and/or the cooling process.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll for a film and a manufacturing method for a thermoplastic resin film which enable attainment of the thermoplastic resin film being free of a surface defect and having smoothness with excellent productivity. SOLUTION: A heating roll for forming a film which is used on the occasion of preheating or stretching a thermoplastic resin film in contact with the roll and which is so constituted that the thermoplastic resin film and the surface of the roll come into contact with each other with a liquid film interlaid on the surface of the roll and, besides, a manufacturing method of the thermoplastic resin film which uses the heating roll for forming the film on the occasion of preheating or stretching the thermoplastic resin film.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a superior uniformity of thickness and printing and traveling properties without impairing excellent mechanical characteristics by allowing the unevenness of thickness in the longitudinal direction to be in a range of a specific value. SOLUTION: After heating, thermoplastic polymer is fed to an ordinary extruder to be cheated at a melting point, and then it is spouted from a T-die metal piece quantitatively to subsequently be adhesion solidified to a cooling drum while, applying high voltage for forming an unoriented film. The unoriented films is heated and oriented in the longitudinal direction before cooling. Herein, the unevenness of a ribbon in the longitudinal direction obtained finally is restrained to be in a range of 0.3-5% or lower. When the unevenness of thickness exceeds 5%, heat conductivity becomes greatly different in the thick part and thin part of the thickness during the printing period by external heating; also, unevenness of physical properties is generated due to the thickness of the film. For this reason, it is not preferable that the unevenness of printing takes place and the finish becomes not clear. In addition, one having the unevenness of thickness of less than 0.3% is not needed feasibly in particular.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide sheet capable of being cast at a high speed, having good flexibility and impact resistance and easy to stretch suppressing the crystallization of a non-stretched sheet. SOLUTION: A stretched molding polyamide sheet is characterized by that the total crystallization degree of a non-stretched sheet is below 30% and the γ-type crystallization thereof is 20% or less and produced by extruding a polyamide resin molten at temp. equal to or high than its m.p. (Tm) from a cap and closely bringing the extrudate into contact with a casting drum to cool and solidify the same to form a sheet. In this case, the molten resin is cooled to a temp. range from temp. falling crystallization start temp. (Tcb) to Tm+30 deg.C to be extruded from a cap and electrostatic force is applied to the molten body to bring it into close contact with the casting drum to cool and solidify the same. By this constitution, the crystallization of the non-stretched sheet is suppressed and high speed casting is possible and stretching becomes easy.

SOLUTION: A drum or roll for producing a film has an alloy film having surface roughness of 1s or less and composed of at least one or more kind of a metal selected from group III, VI, VIII metals on the outer peripheral surface coming into contact with a molten polymer or a film thereof and used when a molten polymer is extruded from a cap and the extrudate is stretched to be formed into a film.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture stably quality films having no surface defects such as stripes by keeping the metal piece from being adhered with catalyst or additives existing in polymer and degraded matters of polymer, and thereby enabling the manufacture of films to be continued for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The metal piece comprises a chromium plated skin film spread over at least a part of its surface, in which an expression of a silicon atom/ chromium atom contains silicon atoms relative to chromium atoms by 10 or more as a strength ratio of SIMS. Also, it includes a chromium plated skin film containing chromium atoms relative to oxygen atoms to be an inequality of carbon atoms > oxygen atom as a strength of SIMS at least in a part of the surface.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide less heat shrinkage, heat resistant flexibility, transparency and antistatic properties and no curl after passing a copying machine by specifying the shrinkage differential value of a specific temperature range, the temperature range of a fine heat absorbing peak appearing before crystal melting by a differential scanning calorimeter, and a film haze. SOLUTION: This film for an overhead projector having a biaxially oriented polyester film has 0.3% or less of heat shrinkage of 30min at 150 deg.C, and always 0.01% or less of a shrinkage differential value dL/dT (L: length, T: temperature) in a temperature range of glass transition point to 200 deg.C in the differential curve of the true shrinkage in the longitudinal direction of the film obtained from the stretching or shrinkage amount at the time of temperature rise or fall by a thermomechanical characteristic tester. The differential heat absorbing peak appearing before the crystal melting by a differential scanning calorimeter is a range of a melting point to (melting point -30 deg.C). Further, the film haze at that time is 10% or less.
