Abstract: PURPOSE:To peel a cover film without using an adhesive tape for peeling the cover film and to improve the peeling efficiency of the cover film. CONSTITUTION:By bringing an adhesive roll 5 into contact with a plate 1 while carrying the plate 1 on which the cover film 1b is stuck, the film 1b is wound round the roll 5 and peeled. Then, the roll 5 is elevated and the film 1b is peeled from the plate 1 by cooporating with a peeling guide roll 7. The peeled film 1b is thrusted in a receiving roll 8 by an inserter 12 and taken up by a take-up shaft 9. Thus, the film 1b is peeled from the roll 5 and the peeling of the film 1b can be repeatedly executed by the roll 5.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent damages and jumping of the front end and rear end part of a waterless planographic printing master plate due to a brush roller and to rapidly and stably develop the plate from the front end to the rear end. CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with at least a developing part 3 and a dyeing part 4. In the developing part 3, a silicone rubber layer of an image part of a waterless planographic printing master plate is removed by brushing with rubber rollers 57, 96 while the plate is carried. The device is provided with plural numbers of brush rollers 57, 96. The device is also equipped with a brush roller rotating and driving means 164 to drive to rotate at least one brush roller 57 in the opposite direction to the carrying direction of the waterless planographic printing master plate, a detecting means 167 which detects the position where the printing plate is carried by the brush roller 57 which rotates in the opposite direction to the carrying direction of the master plate, and a rotation controlling means 168 which increases the rotation of the brush roller 57 from low to high when the front end of the printing plate in the carrying direction reaches the brush roller 57 based on the signal from the detecting means 167.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the intermixture of thermally deteriorated molten resin to be generated near and on the wall of a polymer tube into sheet like products by a method in which an annular path and a guide path are provided in such a way as to enable the flow of molten resin near the wall of the polymer tube to be exactly collected to the widthwise end portions of the sheet like product. CONSTITUTION:An annular path 6 is provided toward the upstream side along the inner wall 10 of a polymer tube 1 in a molten resin path 5 in the connection from the tube 1 to a coupler 2. On the most downstream side, the wall of the molten resin path; that is, a guide path 9 leading to the inner surface 8b of an adaptor 7, is provided, and the outlet 9a on the inner surface 7b side of the adaptor 7 is opened on the position corresponding to the widthwise end 4a of a sheeted product 4 discharged from a mouthpiece 3. The annular flow of molten resin near the wall of the tube 1 once goes into the path 6, passes through the path 9, goes into the path 5, and flows into the mouthpiece at a controlled position. Molten resin deteriorated or suspected of thermal deterioration in the tube 1 can thus be exactly collected only by as much as the recovery portion of the discharged sheet product.
