Abstract: 【課題】低コストで、嵩高性に優れた捲縮繊維およびスパンボンド不織布を提供する。また、前記捲縮繊維を、工業的に生産性と安定性に優れた方法で製造することができる捲繊維の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリオレフィンを主成分とする繊維であって、実質的に単一原料で構成されており、繊維長さ方向に対して垂直な断面の形状が円型であり、かつ、繊維断面の配向パラメータの差が0.3以上である捲縮繊維、およびそれを含んでなるスパンボンド不織布である。また、ノズルから吐出させた繊維群に対し、冷却風を相対する方向から当てて冷却する、前記捲縮繊維を製造する方法であって、相対する冷却風の温度の差が5℃以上である、捲縮繊維の製造方法である。【選択図】図1

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a partially oriented undrawn yarn of polyester having suppressed orientation in spinning and improved spinnability and drawing ratio. SOLUTION: This partially oriented undrawn yarn of polyester comprises a copolyester which is copolymerized with a polyalkylene glycol and satisfies (1) the number-average molecular weight of the polyalkylene glycol is 400-20,000, (2) the amount of the polyalkylene glycol added is 3.0-15.0 wt.% in a ratio to the formed polyester, (3) the intrinsic viscosity [η] of the polyester is 0.65-0.85 (dl/g) and (4) the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of the polyester is >=40,000, the Z-average molecular weight (Mx) is >=75,000 and polydispersity (Mz/Mw) is 1.90 and has 0.015-0.060 double refractive index.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polyester combined filament yarn, excellent in bulkiness, softness, body and stiffness and extremely reduced in dyeing unevenness. SOLUTION: This polyester combined filament yarn is a sheath-core conjugated filament yarn having a sheath polymer which is substantially polyethylene terephthalate and a core polymer that is polypropylene or polyethylene. The core polymer compounding ratio is 0-30wt.% and the filament yarn comprises two or more yarn groups at different core polymer compounding ratios of the core-sheath conjugated yarn.
