Abstract:
In some embodiments, an apparatus for insertion of uniquely shaped packaging may include the following elements, (a) a securing mechanism to hold a container along a conveyor in a predetermined location, (b) a transfer device which removes a spray cap mechanism from a second timing screw and aligns the spray cap mechanism over a container opening on the container, (c) a diptube assembly which locks a diptube hanging from the spray cap mechanism, and (d) the transfer device tightening the spray cap mechanism on the container opening after the diptube is inserted into the container opening.
Abstract:
A method for screwing a ring nut of a trigger-shaped (5) pump or trigger (1) on a vessel (6), the pump or trigger being provided with a threaded fixing ring nut (2) by a gripping lever assembly (11). The method includes the steps of: screwing the ring nut on the threaded mouth of the vessel by screwing it to the body until the screwing torque does not reach a preset value; performing a first detachment of elements for tightening the ring nut; rotating the tightening elements (11), by an associated motor, relocating them in their starting configuration, by clearing the trigger by the presence of the levers (11) themselves; lastly, performing a further opening of the tightening elements from the ring nut (2); the driving being necessary for completely opening the gripper and clearing the trigger.
Abstract:
A capping head (11) comprising a support (12) adapted to be associated with means arranged within a capper comprising at least two identical working units (13, 14), which are associated with the support (12) and are motorized in the same direction, each working unit (13, 14) comprising a shaft (17) provided with motor drive means, which is connected, with the interposition of a torque-limited coupling, to a transverse arm (21, 28) adapted to support a rotating roller (24, 29), both rollers (24, 29) are designed to come into contact with a cap (15) to be screwed onto a container.
Abstract:
The invention deals with the field of screwing heads for small trigger-type pumps or triggers and namely for applying, on vessels, triggers equipped with a threaded securing ring nut (2). This screwing head (1) is rotated around a vertical axis through a permanent magnet-type clutch and comprises four rollers (5) which tighten the toothed ring nut (2) when screwing it; said rollers (5) are supported by vertical arms (4) whose axes are arranged at 90° one from the other on a circumference with its centre on the rotation axis of the screwing head. The vertical arms (4) and the four rollers (5) are simultaneously carried along a radial direction towards said ring nut through an oscillating movement.
Abstract:
A device (1) is proposed for attaching spray pumps (5), dispensers or similar items to containers (43) and for locking said containers, having a gripping device to take hold of the spray pump (5) or similar item and a locking element (23) for screwing a closure (57) tightly on the container (43). The distinguishing feature of the device is that the locking element (23) is designed as a separate component.
Abstract:
In a device for singling out items coming from a feeder, with the feeder comprising an outlet channel for conveying the items an end section, compacting air jets are placed along the outlet channel for gathering the items one behind the other according to a continuous row, at the end section. The device is equipped with and abutment and catching comb for singling out a series of single and successive leading items of the row of items at the end section, and a driving belt moves the abutment and catching comb according to a direction of extraction at the end section, for abutting and catching a series of single and successive leading items and for transferring and placing the series of singled out items at a handling station.
Abstract:
A system for efficiently filling liquid containing bottles having removable and replaceable threaded screw tops. The system includes a bottle spindle mechanism having a bottle receiving receptacle, and a liquid dispensing head movable between a raised position for enabling placement and removal of bottles into and from the receptacle with the screw tops in place and lowered liquid dispensing position. With a bottle in the receptacle, the receptacle and bottle are rotatable in one rotary direction while the screw top is manually retained against rotation for unscrewing and removing the screw top; the dispensing head is then lowered to the liquid dispensing position for filling the bottle; the dispensing head then is raised and the screw top repositioned on the bottle; and the receptacle and bottle are rotated in an opposite direction while the screw top is retained for rescrewing the screw top on the bottle.
