Abstract:
The apparatus for applying closures to containers having a neck which is inclined with respect to a vertical axis of the containers comprises: a first conveyer and a second conveyer for transferring the containers in succession. A closure application conveyor receives containers from the first conveyor and transfers them to the second conveyer. The closure application conveyor is provided with a plurality of clamps for gripping the containers arriving from the first conveyer, and is provided with a plurality of closure application heads whose respective lines of action are inclined with respect to a vertical axis. Actuation devices are provided which rotate the clamps in both directions about the vertical axes of the related containers in order to align the axes of the necks with the lines of action of the respective closure application heads.
Abstract:
The apparatus for applying closures to containers having a mouth which is inclined with respect to an axis of the containers, comprises a first conveyor and a second conveyor which are suitable for transferring in succession containers, which are arranged so that their axes are vertical. A closure application conveyor receives the containers from the first conveyor and transfers them to the second conveyor; the closure application conveyor has a clamp for gripping the containers which can oscillate between two positions, at which the axes of the related containers and, respectively, the axes of the mouths of the containers are arranged substantially vertical. The closure application conveyor has a closure application head for applying the closures to the containers while the axes of the mouths of the containers are arranged vertically.
Abstract:
The apparatus for feeding closures provided with a tube to an operating unit, has a rotatable disk-like body, having a substantially vertical axis and a fixed or movable wall which delimits the body peripherally. The disk-like body has a circular supporting wall which is permeable to air at an outer annular portion, and is provided with a peripheral annular track adapted to accommodate closures arranged with their tubes directed upward. A pump is provided and arranged below the supporting wall to direct a jet of air with a substantially vertical direction toward a portion of the lower surface of the supporting wall so as to lift the closures from the circular supporting wall and push them toward the peripheral annular track from which closures exit through a passage defined in the wall which delimits the disk-like body.
Abstract:
A variable cam comprises a cylindrical skirt with a track followed by a roller movable along a guide comprised within a rotating structure, which is coaxial to the skirt. The track is interrupted at a portion in the region of maximum elevation of the roller. The cam comprises two arc-like elements proximate to the track portions proximate, on opposite sides, to the interruption. Each arc-like element is guided along a path in which, in each position a portion of a first portion of a side of the element is adjacent to the corresponding portion proximate lo the interruption. A second portion of the side. Joined with the first portion, is contained within a plane perpendicular to the skin axis. The presence is determined of a track portion within a plane perpendicular to the skirt axis between the ends of the arc-like elements and is adjacent, in every position occupied by the arc-like elements, to a portion of the second portion.
Abstract:
A capping unit for capping containers with respective caps, each presenting a spray head with a ring nut for fitting it to the threaded neck of the container; the capping unit presenting at least one capping head wherein a first gripping device grips a respective spray head, and a second gripping device presents two jaws for gripping the ring nut and rotating it in relation to the first gripping device; each jaw presenting a gripping roller integral with a respective planetary gear of an epicyclic drive wherein each planetary gear is barrel-shaped and presents teeth in turn presenting a convex longitudinal profile and meshing permanently with a straight-toothed outer ring gear regardless of the position of the relative jaw.
Abstract:
A capping unit wherein a number of capping heads, movable with a supporting carrousel conveyor about a first axis, are each rotated about a respective second axis by a respective first shaft movable axially on the carrousel conveyor, for moving the respective head to and from a respective container movable with the carrousel conveyor and coaxial with the second axis. Each head provides for closing the respective container with a cap presenting an internally threaded ring nut mounted for rotation on a pump-operated nozzle, and presents a first and second gripping device for respectively gripping the nozzle and the ring nut and controlled by a second shaft movable axially in relation to the first shaft. The first gripping device is angularly fixed in relation to the carrousel conveyor, whereas the second gripping device rotates with the capping head about the second axis.
Abstract:
The dispenser device for liquid substances has a chamber for accommodating a liquid substance, at least one first passage arranged in an upper portion of the chamber and adapted to allow the inflow of the liquid substance into the chamber, and a dispenser suitable for feeding the liquid substance into the chamber through the first passage. A second passage is provided for the outflow of the liquid substance from a lower portion of the chamber, a valve adjusts the flow of the liquid substance through the second passage, and a flow deflector element is arranged within the chamber and is interposed in a fixed position between the first passage and the second passage. The deflector element has a substantially torroidal shape, and an intermediate portion thereof flanks, at a substantially constant distance, the inner surface of the chamber.
Abstract:
A capping head comprising a support adapted to be associated with means arranged within a capper comprising at least two identical working units, which are associated with the support and are motorized in the same direction, each working unit comprising a shaft provided with motor drive means, which is connected, with the interposition of a torque-limited coupling, to a transverse arm adapted to support a rotating roller, both rollers are designed to come into contact with a cap to be screwed onto a container.
Abstract:
A unit for feeding flat diecut blanks of wrapping material to a user machine is equipped with a conveyor by which blanks disposed on edge transversely to a given feed direction and ordered in a substantially continuous column are caused to advance along a conveying path extending toward a transfer station where each blank in turn is picked up from the column; the conveyor comprises two sections aligned along the path: the one, an intermittently driven first belt by which the column is advanced toward the transfer station through a step of predetermined length, at a predetermined frequency timed with the operation of a pickup mechanism positioned at the transfer station, the other a continuously driven second belt designed to advance the column toward the first belt at a predetermined velocity.
Abstract:
A method and unit for orienting pump-operated caps, whereby a disorderly succession of caps, each having an elongated head and a draw tube extending from the head, is fed on a conveying surface to an engaging station. At the engaging station the draw tube of each cap is engaged by an orienting seat and an elastic cord. The seat is movable with respect to the elastic cord, and cooperates with the elastic cord to rotate the cap about a respective axis of rotation crosswise to the conveying surface, so as to impart a given orientation to the cap.
