An apparatus for manufacturing coal-mixed liquid fuel is provided to pulverize coal such as anthracite coal and bituminous coal, to refine waste oil like plant oil and mix crushed stone coal, refinement waste oil and water and to prevent dust from being generated when the coal is carried. An apparatus for manufacturing coal-mixed liquid fuel contains a coal feeder(110) in which coal raw ore is stored and which supplies the coal raw ore, pulverizing devices(130, 140) pulverizing the coal raw ore to a microparticle size, a first mixer(160) desulfurizing and decalcifying crushing stone coal by mixing water and a coagulant into crushed stone coal supplied to a coal depositing storage(150) at 30 ~ 40% of concentration, a waste oil feeder(210) in which waste oil is stored and supplies the waste oil, an esterification reaction bath(230) which esterification-reacts the waste oil from which the moisture is removed, a second mixer(310) which mixes the water and the oil to a proper weight ratio into the crushing stone coal supplied through a coal measure(190) and refinement waste oil supplied through a waste oil meter(290) and a sonicator(320) giving supersonic vibration to a mixture mixed in the second mixer.

본 발명은 고가인 중질유(Bunker-C oil)나 원유를 대체할 수 있는 대체연료에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 고가인 중질유나 원유에 비하여 연료 효율은 차이가 없으면서도 연소에 따른 공해가 없을 뿐 아니라 저유가로 제조 공급이 가능한 대체연료유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 석탄을 350메쉬 이상으로 분쇄하여 석탄분말 저장탱크에 저장하고, 유류(원유 또는 중질유) 및 물을 해당 저장탱크에 각각 분리 저장함과 동시에 80∼90℃의 온도로 각기 예열하고, 상기 각 저장탱크에 분리 저장된 석탄분말과 유류 및 물을 적정한 배합비율로 각각 혼합탱크로 인출하여 80℃의 온도에서 약10내외에서 70-80rpm으로 서서히 교반 혼합하며, 상기 혼합탱크 내에서 교반된 혼합유를 다시 교반기내로 투입하여 80-90℃온도에서 약10분 내외에서 400-450rpm으로 교반 함과 동시에 소정량의 계면활성제를 첨가 혼합한 다음 이를 다시 유화기로 투입하여 4000-4500rpm으로 고속 분쇄 교반하고 이를 다시 교반기와의 사이에 설치된 순환관을 통해 수회 반복 순환시켜 양질의 대체연료유를 제조하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 중질류나 원유를 대체하는 대 체연료를 제조하는 방법에 있다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing fuel additives capable of increasing combustion efficiency, saving fuel and making fuel generate high calorie by heating brine, oil and solid fuel. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) mixing and 300 parts by weight of coal powder, 50 parts by weight of brine saturated solution, 100 parts by weight of soda, and 50 parts by weight of sea water, (b) homogenizing the mixture, (c) passing the homogenized mixture through an uranium catalyst tower kept at a temperature of 90 to 95°C for 10 minutes, (d) heating the mixture along with bunker-c oil at 95 to 100°C to evaporate about 85% of salt water, thereby obtaining residue, and (e) mixing 2 to 4 % of the residue and 96 to 98% of oil mixture which is prepared by mixing gas oil and bunker-C oil with a mixing ratio of 1:4.

The present invention concerns a suspension comprising carbonaceous material particles, an alkoxylated phenol surfactant, and an aqueous liquid phase providing a high stability to the suspensions over time. The invention also concerns a process for the production of said suspensions and methods for generating power comprising combustion of said suspensions, notably with appropriate devices.
