Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Kabelverseilung mit wechselnder Schlagrichtung aus sektorförmigen isolierten elektrischen Leitern (1). Um Beschädigungen an den Leiterisolierungen durch hohe Verseilkräfte zu vermeiden, sind im Verseilkopf (6) und in der Einlaufführung (15) zum Drallspeicher mehrere formschlüssige Führungsrollensätze (2,3) vorgesehen, welche zueinander Freiwinkel zulassen und zwar um die gemeinsame zentrale Achse aller Verseilelemente (1) und/oder um die Achse jedes einzelnen Verseilelementes (1).

An elevator system with a car or platform to transport passengers and/or goods as well as with a counterweight, which are arranged as traversable or movable along a travel path, and which are coupled and/or with a drive by a suspension element interrelating their motion. The suspension element is guided and/or driven by a traction sheave and/or a drive shaft and/or a deflecting pulley. The suspension element is sheathed and/or belt-type, with a first layer made of a first plasticizable and/or elastomeric material, containing a first exterior surface, and with at least one tension member—rope-type, tissue-type, or comprising a multitude of partial elements—that is embedded in the first layer of the suspension element. A manufacturing procedure for one of the suspension elements is provided.
Abstract:
Wires are wound and simultaneously laid directly on the core of the product to form a wound layer between the adjacent wires of which there are peripheral spaces constituting from 15 to 70 percent of the wire diameter. The partly finished twisted wire product made in this manner is subjected to compression so as to cause its plastic deformation in order to obtain the desired shape and size. The wires of the wound layer of the finished product have a contact with the core substantially along the surface thereof as a result of compression applied to the product so as to cause its plastic deformation to produce the desired shape and size.A twisted product made by applying this method has uniform mechanical properties over its whole cross section.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that is advantageous in attaining improvement of uniformity.SOLUTION: A bead core 18 is configured such that a belt-like member 26 having a width larger than a thickness is wound around in several times on the periphery of the tire axial center. The belt-like member 26 is composed of a plurality of bead wires 24 and a topping rubber 28 covering them. The bead wires 24 have an equilateral triangle in the cross section. The belt-like member 26 is structured such that the bead wires 24 arranged while one apex (corner part) of the equilateral triangle faces outward in the tire radial direction and those arranged while one apex faces inward in the tire radial direction are alternately arrayed in the tire width direction. All apexes of the equilateral triangle forming the cross section of the bead wires 24 are chamfered by a circular arc that has a radius R of 10-20% of the length L of one side of the equilateral triangle.

Изобретение относится к канатному производству и может быть использовано для армирования монолитных строений и других изделий из бетона. Задача заключается в создании самовыпрямляющегося арматурного элемента. Арматурный канат содержит центральную проволоку и навитые вокруг нее по спирали повивочные проволоки с периодическим профилем. На наружный участок поверхности повивочных проволок нанесен периодический профиль, выполненный в виде наклонных выступов над образующей обжатой поверхности каната. Участки поверхности повивочных проволок, контактирующие с другими проволоками, выполнены в форме спирально расположенных плоских площадок. Канат закрепляют у основания сооружения и в каждом из циклов заливки фиксируют между ранее сформированной частью сооружения и распределительным шаблоном. Канат подают через обводные ролики и направляющую проводку с катушек, расположенных у основания. Перед каждым циклом заливки шаблон отводят на величину формируемого участка. Каждый арматурный элемент является цельным по всей длине сооружения. Соединение перпендикулярных элементов осуществляют втулками или вязальной проволокой.
