Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating mechanism equipped with a door weight offset means for attaining the smooth displacement of a door by a motor capable of optimizing dimensioning without using an irreversible reduction gear. SOLUTION: This mechanism 1 has an electric motor 5, a member 4 driven by the motor 5 and connected in motion to the door, and means 126, 127 for at least partially offsetting C 1 torque C 2 applied to the member 4 by the weight of the door 100. A brake 8 interposed between the motor 5 and the member 4 applies braking force C 8 to the motor 5 at least in the moving stage of the door 100, and in this case, the combined force C3 of the weight of the door 100 and forces F 1 , C 1 applied by the offset means 126, 127 works to displace the member 4 in the same direction as the motor 5. 본 고안은 슬라이딩 도어에 있어서, 대형 창고 및 대형 냉동ㆍ냉장창고의 출입구에 설치되는 슬라이딩 도어에 관한 것으로, 특히 종래의 체인을 이용한 도어의 개폐하기 위한 동력전달 방법에서 발생하는 체인의 이탈, 끊어짐 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 사용자가 수동으로 미는 힘을 전달하는 제 1, 2랙기어와 랙기어설치대로 이루어진 제 1, 2랙기어부와; 상기 제 1, 2랙기어 사이에 위치하여 상기 제 1, 2랙기어와 치합하여 좌/우측 도어를 서로 반대방향으로 슬라이딩 시키는 구동기어와; 상기 제 1, 2랙기어와 연동되어 사용자가 수동으로 미는 힘에 따라 레일 위를 슬라이딩하는 좌/우측 도어로 구분되는 도어와; 상기 좌/우측 도어의 내측과 외측에는 수동으로 좌/우측으로 도어를 밀수 있도록 수동조작부(300);가 구성되어, 상기 사용자가 수동으로 도어를 미는 힘을 전달 받은 구동기어와 맞물리는 제 1, 2랙기어에 의한 동력전달을 이용함으로 내구성 증가 및 유지, 보수비용이 감소할 뿐만 아니라 복잡한 구조 대신 미관 또한 우수한 수동 슬라이딩 도어를 제공할 수 있다. 기어, 랙기어, 체인
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A door hinge is provided to prevent the safety accident that a user is stuck in both door plates. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge comprises a semicircular ring gear, bevel gears, a left screw shaft(14), a right screw shaft(15), links(31,32), and guide links(36,37). The semicircular ring gear is formed in an internal rotary contact part of a doorframe(1). The bevel gear is formed in a part of the hinge part of a double layer door(10) and is meshed with the semicircular ring gear. The left screw shaft and right screw shaft are formed in the top and bottom end parts of the bevel gear, respectively. The guide link is formed in one side of a driving rod and in order to move up and down and is combined in a guide groove(21) of a single layer door(20).

본 고안은 베이스 브래킷의 소형 경량화를 구현할 수 있는 리프트 아암형 윈도우 레귤레이터를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 모터에 의해 섹터 기어가 정방향으로 회전하면 구동아암이 상향 선회하여 캐리어 아암을 상승시킴으로써 차창이 열리고, 섹터 기어가 역방향으로 회전하면 구동아암이 하향 선회하면서 캐리어 아암을 하강시켜 차창을 내리게 한 리프트 아암식 윈도우 레귤레이터를 바탕으로 하되 차문의 내측 패널에 부착되는 모터 하우징의 보스가 베이스 브래킷의 일단 지지용 보스를 겸하게 하고, 베이스 브래킷은 상기 보스에 보울트로 직접 고정할 수 있게 개조함으로써 차문의 내측 패널에 베이스 브래켓을 고정하기 위한 보스의 감축에 의한 소형 경량화 설계가 가능하게 한 리프트 아암형 윈도우 레귤레이터를 특징으로 한다.

System and apparatus for moving a tubular between a substantially horizontal position and an upward angled position, e.g. substantially vertical position. The apparatus comprises a base, and a boom pivotally attached to the base about a horizontal boom pivot axis between a substantially horizontal position and an upward angled position, e.g. substantially vertical position. A boom pivot drive is mounted on said base and adapted to pivot the boom. A tubular gripper is attached to the boom and adapted for gripping the tubular. The boom pivot drive comprises a central gear wheel that is rotatable mounted on the base about a central gear wheel axis parallel to the horizontal boom pivot axis, which central gear wheel is connected directly or via a transmission to the boom. One or more drive gear members are each rotatable mounted on the base and each rotatable about a corresponding drive gear member axis, meshing with the central gear wheel. One or more motors connect to said drive gear members and allow to pivot the boom.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Getriebeanordnung zum Betätigen, insbesondere zum Öffnen / Schliessen einer Tür, einer Klappe oder eines anderen beweglichen Teiles an einem Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem bezüglich der Karosserie oder dem beweglichen Teil gestellfesten Antriebsmotor (1), dessen Abtrieb (5) mit einer ersten Welle (6) eines Getriebes (2) verbunden ist, deren Drehung auf eine zweite Welle (4) des Getriebes (2) übertragen wird, die mit einem Betätigungsgetriebe (9) verbunden ist, um das bewegliche Teil motorisch zu betätigen, wobei Mittel (10, 11, 13, 20) vorgesehen sind, um das bewegliche Teil auch unabhängig vom Antriebsmotor (1), insbesondere manuell zu betätigen. Wesentlich ist, dass das Getriebe (2) ein Umlaufrädergetriebe (3, 4, 6, 7) ist, dessen dritte Welle (3) gesteuert / geregelt mit dem Gestell (19) gekoppelt ist.

An apparatus for controlling bus doors (14, 16) that are arranged as a pair of doors that move in coordinated relation between door open positions and door closed positions, enables passengers to access an interior area (12) of a bus (10). The apparatus includes an actuator (28, 226). The actuator includes a drive lever (34, 228) that is selectively rotationally movable between rotational positions in which both of the doors are in the open positions and in the closed positions. Exemplary arrangements include at least one controller (128) that is operative to prevent the doors from causing damage to or from being damaged by engagement with obstructions. The controller further enables a bus driver or other authorized user to control access to the interior area of the bus using a user mobile device (144).

A vehicle door driving apparatus includes a driving mechanism fixed to a vehicle door and including a motor and a drum rotationally driven by the motor. A rope member is wound around the drum and linked to the vehicle body, and rotation of the drum is transmitted to the vehicle body by the rope member to open and close the vehicle door. The driving mechanism includes: a first small-diameter gear linked to the rotary axis of the motor to rotate together with the rotary shaft of the motor; a transmission gear rotatable around the axis extending in the vehicle width direction; a sun gear rotatable around such axis; a ring gear disposed on the same axis as the sun gear; and a carrier having a planet gear engaging the sun gear and the ring gear, and linked to the drum so that the carrier rotates together with the drum.
