Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter zum Aufnehmen, Speichern und Abgeben von gasförmigen, flüssigen und festen Medien, mit einem Mantel (12), der aus wenigstens zwei miteinander zusammensetzbaren und verschweißbaren Gehäuseelementen (14, 16) gebildet ist, und mindestens einem Trennelement (18, 18'), das in einem Innenraum (20) des Behälters (10) angeordnet ist, eine randseitige, umlaufende Verdickung (28) zum Befestigen an dem Behälter (10) aufweist und den Innenraum (20) des Behälters (10) in wenigstens zwei Kammern (22, 24) dichtend, insbesondere mediendicht, unterteilt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Trennelement (18, 18') in einem stirnseitigen Bereich (26) oder einem zu dem stirnseitigen (26) Bereich benachbarten Bereich eines der wenigstens zwei Gehäuseelemente (14, 16) befestigbar ist, derart, dass dessen Dichtigkeit vor dem Zusammensetzen und Verschweißen der wenigstens zwei Gehäuseelemente (14, 16) überprüfbar ist, und dessen Verwendung.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an accumulator comprising a cylindrical shell including a cylindrical portion, a partitioning member for partitioning the interior of the shell into a hydraulic chamber and a gas chamber, and a port including a hydraulic fluid flow path for communicating the exterior of the shell and the hydraulic chamber. The variation of the pressure of a hydraulic fluid flowing into the hydraulic chamber is accommodated by expansion and compression of a gas in the gas chamber according to expansion and contraction of the partitioning member. The port is approximately airtightly inserted into the cylindrical portion of the shell, and is welded to an outer circumference of the cylindrical portion by means of welding.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic device which reduces wear and damage to a seal member by an opening on a cylinder, and a brake pressure control device using the same. SOLUTION: A port 514 communicating with the outside of a reservoir device 5 is opened on the inner peripheral surface 511a of a cylinder hole 511 in the reservoir device 5. A hollow part 515 is formed in a reservoir body 51 concentrically with the ports 514. An annular thin piece 516 is formed between the inner peripheral surface 511a of the cylinder hole 511 and the hollow part 515 so as to surround the port 514 in a radial direction, and is radially pressed outward with the port 514 as a center in a range narrower than an inside diameter of the hollow part 515, thereby being flexibly deformed outward. As a result, a root portion of the thin piece 516 has a curved surface in the inner peripheral surface 511a of the cylinder hole 511 while the opening 514a of the port 514 is recessed outward from the inner peripheral surface 511a of the cylinder hole 511.
