The water-gate frame is installed on a waterway and consists of first and second vertical frames(111,112) and an upper frame(113). The first and second vertical frames are installed to be separated from each other and are vertically extended. The upper frame connects the vertical frames on the upper end. The water gate is installed to be able to lift along the inner surface of the water-gate frame and is formed from aluminum or aluminum alloy material. The driving unit lifts a rack gear(131) and a pinion gear by the rotation of a handle(140) to lift the water gate.
