PURPOSE: A skin elasticity improvement cosmetic composition for anti-aging is provided to improve the skin firmness enhancement effect and the anti-wrinkle effect. CONSTITUTION: A skin elasticity improvement cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains 0.00001~10wt% of acetyl tetra peptide 11 as an active ingredient and 0.001~20wt% of evening primrose extracts. The acetyl tetra peptide 11 is a peptide derivative including a structure of N-Acetyl-L-Propyl-L-Prolyl-L-Tyrosyl-L-Leucine. The evening primrose extracts are obtained by extracting evening primrose using a mixture solvent containing ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform, or their mixture with an organic solvent.

The octacosanol and Lepidium meyenii extract is mixed in a weight ratio of 1-9:9-1. The Lepidium meyenii extract is isolated using ethanol. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin, lotion, massage cream, nutrition cream, pack, gel, or ointment, patch, or spray.

CONSTITUTION: A skin composition for external use for treating dermatitis contains 0.001-10 weight% of Alpiniae katsumadai Hayata extract and 0l001-90 weight% of deep seawater. The Alpiniae katsumadai Hayata extract is obtained by drying and pulverizing Alpiniae katsumadai Hayata, adding extraction solvent, heating the composition to obtain active ingredients, and concentrating and drying. The deep seawater is treated by collecting water from a depth of 200m. The composition for external use is a pharmaceutical composition or functional cosmetic composition. The functional cosmetic composition is used in the form of a lotion, nutrition cream, pack, gel, ointment, gel, patch, or essence.

A method for manufacturing a polymer gel bead comprises: a step of mixing inorganic pigment for water-dispersible of red and water and heating at 90-95°C; a step of resolving agar and carrageenan and adding polyhydric alcohol; and a step of cooling, pressing through fine nozzle to obtain the bead and washing the bead with purified water.

Provided is an emulsion for a cosmetic composition, which is stabilized by using a polycaprolactone-polyethylene glycol(PCL-PEG) copolymer having improved solubility to a specific organic solvent as an emulsion stabilizer. The emulsion is oil-in-water type emulsion that uses a PCL-PEG copolymer as an emulsion stabilizer, wherein the PCL-PEG copolymer is dissolved in an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of an organic UV protecting agent, a propylene glycol fatty acid ester and a mixture thereof. Particularly, the organic UV protecting agent is selected from the group consisting of octylmethoxy cinnamate, isoamylparamethoxy cinnamate, octylsalicylate and octocrylene.
