본 발명은 수확한 단감 과실의 저장 중 과피착색 증진 및 연화방지방법을 제시하는 것으로, 부유 단감에 수확직후 1-MCP를 처리하고 자외선처리를 병행할 경우 상기 단감 과피에 carotenoid계 색소 함량이 증가하여 착색이 증진됨과 동시에 과육의 연화억제 효과를 달성하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 구기자 뿌리껍질인 지골피( Lycii Cortex Radicis , LCR)로부터 유래한 티라민 유도체(CT, FT)의 항콜레스테롤 효능에 관한 것으로, 지골피 유래의 티라민 유도체는 HMG-CoA 환원효소와 ACAT의 활성을 저해하고, 동물실험을 통하여 혈청 총콜레스테롤 감소효과 뿐만 아니라, 특히 LCR 페놀릭아마이드 FT는 잇꽃종자유래의 FS( N- feruloylserotonin) 수준의 상기 효소저해 효과가 있고 페놀릭아마이드를 포함하는 LCR 추출물은 저농도에서도 잇꽃종자추출물 유래의 serotonin보다 혈청 콜레스테롤 수준을 감소시키는 뛰어난 효과가 있다
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for guiding a fixing screw used for fixing calcaneus fractures fractured during a calcaneus fracture surgery by minimal invasion. The fixing screw guiding apparatus for fixing calcaneus fractures according to the present invention is an apparatus for guiding a fixing screw for fixing calcaneus fractures fractured through longitudinal articular surfaces of calcaneus and anklebone exposed by minimal invasion surgery and space of a part of side of calcaneus, and is characterized by having a specific thickness so as to be provided with the lower horizontal surface contacting the space of a part of side of calcaneus and the upper horizontal surface corresponding to it. Additionally, one side line of the horizontal surface is formed with a straight line so as to be parallel to the longitudinal articular surface, and a guiding groove penetrating the horizontal surface is formed such that the fixing screw can insert into it. According to the present invention, calcaneus fractured can be easily fixed during surgery using the fixing screw, and thereby, facilitating the surgery, and skin incision is made only on the part to which the fixing screw is inserted, and thereby, allowing minimal invasion surgery.

The present invention relates to: a green fluorescent protein (GFP) characterized by having GFP properties so as to release unique fluorescence under light radiation having a wavelength of 480 nm and secret to the outside after passing a cell membrane when expressing, and thereby, simply being able to observe the expression thereof by irradiating ultraviolet rays of a long wavelength in a living cell, tissue, or animal if a sGFP gene is used as a reporter gene, or the transformed protein thereof and a recombinant protein of FSHB signal protein of a rat; a gene encoding the same; and a vector for expressing the gene. According to the present invention, an expression amount can be quantifized in a state in which a cell is alive without crushing the cell, and therefore, the present invention can be used in a time-course experiment.

PURPOSE: A method for theoretically analyzing optical properties of an InGaN/CdZnO quantum well structure which is matched up to be biased is provided to remarkably improve optical matrix elements by removing the polarity of inner electric field by the invalidation of spontaneous polarization and piezoelectric polarization between a well and an obstacle. PURPOSE: A myotonia treatment system is provided to precisely measure variation amount of oxygenation density in blood by using an optical method without having a side effect on the human body, thereby getting a treatment effect in quantitative numerical values. CONSTITUTION: A myotonia treatment system comprises: a probe(100) for radiating a treatment beam(130) and a reference beam(120) on the skin surface of hardened muscle, and receiving the reference beam which is reflected from the muscle inside; a reflected beam analyzing part(210) for receiving the reference beam from the probe and outputting the spectrum data of the reflected reference beam; and a measuring device(200) equipped with a controlling part(220). The controlling part receives the spectrum data and calculates variation amount of oxygenation density in blood by calculating density variation amount of oxyhemoglobin or density variation amount of deoxyhemoglobin. The reference beam is a halogen beam, and the treatment beam is a laser. The probe is equipped with optical fibers which receive the reflected reference beam. PURPOSE: A water-soluble inorganic coating is provided to have excellent durability, abrasion resistance, and an anti-fouling function as the coating is not easily stripped off or being bleached, and the discoloration of the coating hardly occurs by a high temperature hardening method. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble inorganic coating containing a thermochromic pigment comprises: 10-50 weight% of at least one nanoceramic binder selected from alumina silicate, sodium silicate, calcium silicate, mud, cement, clay and gypsum(calcium sulfate); 10-15 weight% of inorganic mineral; 10-30 weight% of water; 10-30 weight% of alcohol; 0.5-5 weight% of thermochromic pigment; and 1-10 weight% of additive. The coating is hardened at 200-400 deg. C by heating. The additive is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a thickening agent, an antifoaming agent, an emulsifier, a dispersant, and a surface conditioning additive.

PURPOSE: A monitoring system for sudden acceleration is provided to help investigate a sudden acceleration accident by storing and displaying the data with respect to the operation of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal in real-time. The brake sensing unit transmits a signal by sensing the operation of a brake pedal in a vehicle. The MICOM is programmed for storing the data for brake operation through the signal.
