    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a sheet for reinforcing a steel sheet for a car which does not need the sticking of release paper, can be fixed by magnetic force, and has performance at least equivalent to a conventional reinforcing sheet.
    SOLUTION: In the magnetically attached steel sheet reinforcing sheet, a rubbery synthetic resin such as polybutadiene rubber or 1,2-polybutadiene rubber is used as a binder, and magnetic powder is incorporated in the resin.
