Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a sheet for reinforcing a steel sheet for a car which does not need the sticking of release paper, can be fixed by magnetic force, and has performance at least equivalent to a conventional reinforcing sheet. SOLUTION: In the magnetically attached steel sheet reinforcing sheet, a rubbery synthetic resin such as polybutadiene rubber or 1,2-polybutadiene rubber is used as a binder, and magnetic powder is incorporated in the resin. Magnetic force is applied to the sheet to make the sheet be stuck on the surface of an oily surface steel sheet by magnetic force alone. The sticking position of the sheet is kept even in a car washing process, a chemical treatment process, and an electrodeposition coating process. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof cover having an effect sufficient in absorbing and shutting off sounds and decreasing and attenuating vibrations and a method of mounting the same. SOLUTION: This soundproof cover 11 is formed by alternately laminating at least one layer each of soundproof layers 1 constituted by using felt or nonwoven fabrics formed of material mixtures composed of cotton, chemical fibers and glass wool and air permeation shut-off layers 2 consisting of vulcanized rubber from a noise source 10 side, laminating a structure layer 5 on the front surface of the air permeation shut-off layer 1 of the outermost layer and integrally forming the respective layers 1, 2 and 5. The method of mounting the soundproof cover comprises bringing at least the outer peripheral edges 12 of the soundproof layers 1 into tight contact with the noise source 10 and mounting the cover 11 of the constitution described above in mounting the cover on the sound source 10.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movile indoor sound insulator whose sound absorbing performance and sound insulating performance can easily be adjusted according to the acoustic state in a room. SOLUTION: A fiber hard board which is made of a fiber raw material and has a 0.5 to 1.5 kg/m 2 areal weight and a 1,000 to 4,000 N×s×m -3 air flow resistance value is installed so that it may have an air space between windows, and the fiber hard board can be varied in angle by being moved. On one side of the fiber hard board, a sheet or felt having sound absorbing effect is laminated and the fiber hard board is installed so that the sheet laminated side may be on the window side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating to be applied on a building interior and exterior and a building board, and to provide a method for forming a coating film, wherein a variegated pattern is formed by the coating. SOLUTION: The top coat for forming a variegated pattern is prepared by mixing 1-10 mass% of a scaly color chip in a clear or colored clear coating. The method for forming the variegated pattern comprises forming an under coat having a film thickness of 300-500 μm, and then forming the top coat having a film thickness of 150-300 μm, using a roller or both a roller and a trowel. SOLUTION: In the method for forming thermal refex coating film, a heat reflecting paint consisting of only coloring pigment having a solar reflectance of ≥13% stipulated by JIS A5759-1998 is applied, on the coated film, a paint which is light-transmitting and intercepts a photocatalytic function is applied, after forming the transparent coated film, a paint which is light-transmitting and has the photocatalytic function is applied and, as a result, a transparent photocatalyst coated film is formed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an evaluation apparatus for displaying a heat insulating paint film, for testing rapidly at any location and so that the consumer can easily understand intuitively. SOLUTION: In the evaluation apparatus of the heat insulating paint film, increase in temperature and the saturation temperature are measured by a temperature sensor mounted to the rear side of a paint plate, and a temperature display connected to the temperature sensor, while allowing the interior of a box-type case that can be carried and a lid section to be opened at nearly by 90 degrees, and a light source is retained by an arm section extended horizontally from the uppermost section of the lid section for having the heat insulating paint film paint plate, placed horizontally at the upper part of the interior section irradiated with a light. Additionally, in the evaluation apparatus of the heat insulating paint film, a heat insulating material is pasted on the inner side of the interior section of the box-type case. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorption floor in which sound absorption performance is provided to bulky materials of the floor formed of plastic foam, and sound leakage from a clearance between joints of the covered bulky materials. SOLUTION: Blind holes 2 of the sectional area of ≥ 1 mm 2 and the rate of hole area of 3-25% are formed in polystyrene foam 1. Open portions of the blind holes are covered with a sound absorption sheet 4, an engagement type joint 3 is formed in a peripheral edge part, and a floor carpet 5 is provided on an upper surface thereof. Bulky materials are connected to each other by engaging the peripheral joints 3 with each other with the open portions of the blind holes 2 underside, and installed on a floor 6 of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this heat and sound insulating method, a sound insulating paint film with a dry film thickness of 50-2,000 μm and a maximum value of tanδ of 0.2 or more and the maximum value existing in a temperature range of 10-70°C, is formed on roofing, and a heat insulating paint film wherein an included coloring pigment is formed of only a coloring pigment whose solar radiation reflectance specified in JIS A5759-1998 is 13% or more, is formed on the sound insulating paint film. The heat and sound insulating structure is formed by laminating the sound insulating paint film with the dry film thickness of 50-2,000 μm and the maximum value of tanδ of 0.2 or more and the maximum value existing in the temperature range of 10-70°C, on the outer surface of the roofing selected out of metal roofing and inorganic roofing, and laminating the heat insulating paint film wherein the included coloring pigment is formed of only the coloring pigment whose solar radiation reflectance specified in JIS A5759-1998 is 13% or more, on the sound insulating paint film.
