Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a production method for a powdered hydrophilic modified polyrotaxane, said production method enabling the use of a commercially advantageous method to obtain a powdered hydrophilic modified polyrotaxane exhibiting excellent storage stability. The production method for a powdered hydrophilic modified polyrotaxane composition comprises: a hydrophilic modification step in which a hydrophilic modified polyrotaxane solution is obtained by using a hydrophilic modification group to modify all or a part of a hydroxyl group derived from a cyclodextrin in a polyrotaxane having the cyclodextrin, a polyethylene glycol threaded through the opening in the cyclodextrin and enclosed thereby, and stopper groups that are arranged at both ends of the polyethylene glycol and that prevent the detachment of the cyclodextrin; and a drying step in which the prepared hydrophilic modified polyrotaxane solution is sprayed and then dried in a heated air stream.

The polyrotaxanes each comprises: a pseudo-polyrotaxane havi ng a structure constituted of cyclic molecules and a linear molecule with wh ich the holes of the cyclic molecules are pierced to form a clathrate; and a blocking group disposed at each end of the pseudo-polyrotaxane so as to pre vent the cyclic molecules from leaving. The cyclic molecules have a function al group represented by the following formula (I) and at least one functiona l group selected among functional groups represented by the following formul ae (II-1) to (II-6).

Abstract: Ein Polyrotaxan (13) ist einer Polyol-Zusammensetzung beigemischt, die die Zugspannung eines flexiblen Polyurethanschaums (10) verringern kann. Auf ein Urethanpolster wirken eine vertikale Druckspannung bedingt durch das Gewicht eines sitzenden Nutzers, und eine Zugspannung bedingt durch den Eintrag seitlicher Vibrationen. Durch Reduktion der Zugspannung des flexiblen Polyurethanschaums (10) kann aber die Richtung (Neigungswinkel) der aus der Druckspannung und der Zugspannung resultierenden Kraft an die vertikale Richtung angenähert werden. Dadurch kann der Neigungswinkel der Hüfte (Ischium) des Nutzers auf dem Urethanpolster bezüglich der vertikalen Richtung, der durch den Eintrag seitlicher Vibrationen bedingt ist, verringert werden, so dass die Empfindung des Schwankens des Urethanpolsters verringert werden kann.

The present invention is a method for producing a pseudopolyrotaxane aqueous dispersion containing pseudopolyrotaxane particles in which polyethylene glycol is included in the openings of cyclodextrin molecules in a skewered manner, the method for producing the pseudopolyrotaxane aqueous dispersion having: a mixing step for dissolving the polyethylene glycol and the cyclodextrin in an aqueous medium, and preparing a mixed solution; and a cooling step for continuously or intermittently cooling the mixed solution while causing the same to flow, and causing the pseudopolyrotaxane particles to precipitate.

The present invention is a method for producing a pseudopolyrotaxane having: an inclusion step for mixing a polyethylene glycol and a cyclodextrin in an aqueous medium, and obtaining an aqueous dispersion containing pseudopolyrotaxane particles in which the polyethylene glycol is included in the openings of the cyclodextrin molecules in a skewered manner; and a drying step for obtaining the pseudopolyrotaxane by drying the pseudopolyrotaxane aqueous dispersion obtained in the inclusion step. The method for producing the pseudopolyrotaxane is characterized in that during the drying step, the pseudopolyrotaxane aqueous dispersion is sprayed and dried in a heated air current.

The present invention also provides a photocured product formed from said composition.
