Abstract: PURPOSE:To achieve the speedup of bonding operation by taking in a picture data and then analyzing the picture data to take out micro chips one by one to shorten a period of time required for the operation of taking in the picture data. CONSTITUTION:Micro chips such as three or are pieces of LED chips 4, 4 and the like are simultaneously taken in as a picture data through a camera placed over a number of micro chips such as the LED chips 4, 4 and the like standing in a row on a transfer table such as a precision X-Y table and the like. After that, the distance between micro chips adjoining each other is derived as to two or more pieces thereof by analyzing the picture data, and the transfer table is horizontally moved in an intermittent manner based on the derived distance, and the micro chips are taken out one by one with a vertically and horizontally movable taking-out member such as an adsorbing head and the like. Thus, a plurality of chips are taken out with the operation of taking in a picture once performed, so that the speedup of bonding operation may be achieved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a tail void from collapsing with certainty by operating a compensating flow setting means with output of an injection pressure sensor set up in a center runner of air inclusive backfilling material, and making it so as to control the discharge of an injector pump through the output. CONSTITUTION:A compensating flow setting means is set up in a backfilling material automatic dosing device with an injection ratio setting means, a theoretical injection quantity outputting means and a planning injection quantity outputting means. This compensating flow setting means is operated by output of a pressure sensor set up in a center runner, and controls the discharge of an injector pump. In this case, the planning injection quantity outputting means set by this compensating means in an atmospheric state is compensated by actual injection pressure. With this constitution, a space of a tail void can be fully filled up with air inclusive backfilling material.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To move a detecting probe safely at a high speed, when the detecting probe is moved from a measuring point to the next measuring point, by withdrawing the detecting probe by a distance longer the irregularities of the surface of a material to be measured once. CONSTITUTION:A detecting probe 1 is brought close to a material to be measured 2 at a measured point A2. Measurement is performed in the state a tunnel current flows between the detecting probe 1 and the material to be measured 2. When the detecting probe 1 is moved to a next measuring point B2, at first the detecting probe 1 is once withdrawn by a distance sufficiently longer than the irregularities of the surface of the material to be measured 2. The detecting probe 1 is brought close to the material to be measured 2 on the measuring point B2. Then measurement is performed. This procedure is repeated. In this way, the detecting probe 1 does not hit the material to be measured. The measurement can be performed safely even if the probe is moved at a high speed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the good checking function of a liquid pressure type diaphragm pump when sucking or delivering the concrete, by arranging a hopper for receiving the concrete at the upper opening of a driven chamber and a delivery nozzle movable up and down at the lower section of said hopper. CONSTITUTION:The interior of a casing is partitioned by a diaphragm 12 into an upper driven chamber 8 and a lower drive chamber 10 wherein a working liquid pipe 13 communicated with a working liquid pressurizing pump is connected to the drive chamber 10 and a hopper 6 for receiving the concrete is connected to the upper opening of the driven chamber 8. A delivery nozzle 7 having a bugle type valve section 7a at the lower end thereof is provided movably up and down at said opening wherein the valve section 7a is arranged to contact alternately against a packing 14 placed at the lower section of the hopper 6 and a valve body 22 secured to a perforated supporting table 21 so as to constitute an alternately functionable check valve. Said delivery nozzle 7 is moved up and down by a liquid pressure cylinder 15 interlocked with the supply/discharge control of the pressure liquid to the drive chamber 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable stable measuring work, by sliding a clutch piece along a pivot shaft by a manual lever and allowing the conical concave surface or conical convex surface of the clutch piece to be spaced apart from the conical concave surface or conical convex surface of a nut piece to each other. CONSTITUTION:When a measuring element is moved to a measuring start point, the protruded parts from a casing 12 of a manual lever 7 and a knob 11 are held between fingers to narrow the interval between the protruded parts of both members 7, 11 and the manual lever 7 is slightly revolved to a clockwise direction around a support shaft 6. By revolving the manual lever 7 like this, the clutch piece 16 engaged with an engaging pin 25 by a notch 26 slides downward along a pivot shaft 14 and the conical convex surface of the clutch piece 16 is spaced apart from the conical concave surface of a nut piece 15. By this method, the put piece 15 becomes freely rotatable around the pivot shaft 14 and the movement of a moving sleeve is smoothly performed and measuring work can be always stably performed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the equipment compact and light while facilitating measurement by arranging a measuring mechanism adapted to perform measurement with the rotation of a rotating shaft having a probe and a demensions detector, two reference surfaces and one auxiliary reference surface perpendicular thereto in such a manner that the probe is positioned on the plane perpendicularly bisecting the angle between the two reference surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Two reference surfaces C and D of a reference piece 7 are pressed against a cylindrical surface B while the end E (the auxiliary reference surface) against a surface A. At this point, the mobile reference surfaces are so positioned that a pointer 10 on the scale 9 corresponds to the value 2R of diameter of the cylindrical surface B determined by an actual measurement or dimensions on the drawing and fixed with a set screw 8. On the other hand, the probe 5 is positioned on the plane perpendicularly bisecting the angle between the two refernce surfaces C and D. Under such a condition, when the rotating shaft 2 is turned, the probe 5 turns together with a detector 3 and an arm whereby the dimensions of the shape along the bus line on the cylindrical surface B is measured. This makes the equipment compact and light while facilitating the measurement.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in sealing of a lidded container with an adhesive tape, shorten working hours and also improve an appearance of the lidded container which has been sealed. SOLUTION: Lower faces of suction parts 33, 33 provided on first and second arm members 11a, 11b are oppositely placed on an upper face of a lidded container 1 mounted on an upper face of a conveyer 6. Then a lift member 9 is lowered toward the lidded container 1 to bring a lower face of each suction parts 33 into contact with the upper face of the lidded container l. Thus adhesive tapes 13, 13 sucked to the lower face of each suction parts 33, 33 is stuck to the upper face of the lidded container 1. Horizontal movement of both arms members 11a, 11b and lowering of the lift member 9 causes the adhesive tapes 13, 13 to be patted on a side of the lidded container 1, and then the adhesive tapes 13, 13 are cut.
