Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative photosensitive composition and a negative photosensitive planographic printing plate in which the latitude for preheating can be widened without increasing ablation during exposure. SOLUTION: The negative photosensitive composition contains (a) an alkali- soluble resin, (b) a compound which crosslinks by an acid, (c) a compound which produces an acid by heat, (d) a photo-thermal converting agent and (e) a sulfone compound expressed by general formula (I): R-SO2 -R'. The negative photosensitive lithographic printing plate has a photosensitive layer made of the above photosensitive composition. In formula (I), R and R' is same or different and each represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, alkenyl group, aryl group or heterocyclic group.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original plate for a planographic printing plate capable of writing an image with laser light and having high resolution, high sensitivity and good shelf stability, an image forming method for the original plate, and a photosensitive composition suitable for use in the original plate. SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition contains an aqueous resin composition comprising fine particles (a) comprising a heat fusible resin having a neutralized anionic group and 1-30 wt.% water-soluble resin (b) having a neutralized anionic group and a material (c) which absorbs light and generates heat. The original plate for a planographic printing plate is obtained by disposing a photosensitive layer comprising the photosensitive composition on the hydrophilic surface of a base. In the image forming method, an image is formed in the photosensitive layer of the original plate with laser light and developed with a basic aqueous solution or water.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation sensitive composition which remarkably increases the chemical stabilities of a circuit board for an integrated circuit, a photomask and, particularly, a printing form. SOLUTION: The radiation sensitive composition contains (a) at least one novolak, (b) at least one naphthoquinonediazido derivative and (c) a copolymer comprising the units of formula A (where R1 and R4 are selected in such a way that a homopolymer of the formula A is made alkali-soluble), formula B (where R2, R6 and R7 are selected in such a way that a homopolymer of the formula B has a high glass transition temperature) and formula C (where R3 and R5 are selected in such a way that a homopolymer of the formula C is made water-soluble with the proviso that the unit of the formula C is different from the unit of the formula A).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a limitation and a defect of a conventional CTP system, by improving productivity thereof.SOLUTION: An optical projection head includes: a laser diode array having a plurality of light-emitting elements; a TIR modulator capable of diffracting a beam from the array according to an applied electric field; an optical mixer capable of equalizing an energy beam from the array; a first optical component group capable of forming an energy beam from the laser array and turning that to the mixer; a second optical component group capable of turning the beam emitted from the mixer toward the modulator; a lens capable of focusing the beam emitted from the modulator on a contact member which can remove an undesirable diffraction beam; and an optical assembly which is an imaging objective assembly capable of forming an image by focusing the beam emitted from the contact member on a radiation sensitive medium, and includes means for adjusting the radiation of the beam from the modulator to be a selected value which influences on image width.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy plate for use as a lithographic printing plate having an improved uniformity of a surface roughened by electrolytic etching and wherein streaking does not occur. SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized by comprising, by wt%, Fe: 0.1 to 0.6%; Si: 0.02 to 0.2%; Cu: 0.001 to 0.02%; Zn: 0.01 to 0.1%; Mg: 0.005 to 0.1%; Ti: 0.001 to 0.05%, and the remainder Al, and an average value of the crystal particle size is 60 μ or less in a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction. The contents of Cu, Fe, Zn and Mg satisfy relational inequality of 0.15≥Zn+Mg-(Fe/10)-Cu, and in the composition of intermetallic compound particles with a particle size of ≥0.1 μm, provided that the number of metastable phase particles with an Fe/Al ratio of ≤0.6 is defined as C and the number of all the intermetallic compound particles is defined as B, the value of C/B is ≥0.35.
