Abstract:
본 발명은 실내 공기를 일정한 온도와 습도로 유지시키는 데에 사용되는 항온항습기에 관한 것으로, 상기 항온항습기(10)의 내부에는 송풍기(20), 열교환기(30), 냉각코일(40), 히팅코일(50), 가습장치(60) 및 송풍기(70)가 공기 흐름 방향을 따라 차례로 위치되고; 상기 열교환기(30)와 냉각코일(40)은 구획판(80)에 의해 공기통로(10A)가 형성되는 지지프레임(F)에 의해 설치 고정되며; 상기 냉각코일(40)은 상기 열교환기(30)의 하부에 수평으로 설치되고; 상기 열교환기(30)의 흡배기구(31, 32, 33, 34)는 열교환기(30)를 통과한 공기가 냉각코일(40)을 통과하여 냉각된 뒤, 다시 열교환기(30)로 유입되어 실내에서 유입되는 공기와 열교환된 후 송풍기(70)에 의해 실내로 토출되는 유로를 가지도록 형성되는 것을 그 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 구성에 의해 실내 공기를 항온항습시키는 데에 필요한 냉각/제습 에너지와 재가열 에너지를 동시에 절약할 수 있으며, 또한 냉각코일이 수평으로 설치되어 있어서 응축수 배출이 용이하고 냉각효율이 상승되어 더욱 효과적이다.

PURPOSE: A thermo-hygrostat using a cooling/dehumidifying heat recovery technology is provided to save energy for cooling, dehumidification, and reheating at the same time, thereby reducing obstacles of the installation space by efficiently forming an air flow path. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-hygrostat(10) using a cooling/dehumidifying heat recovery technology comprises blowers(20,70), a heat exchanger(30), cooling and heating coils(40,50), and a humidifier(60). The heat exchanger and cooling coil are installed in a supporting frame(F) where an air path(10A) is formed by a partitioning plate(80). The cooling coil is horizontally installed in the lower part of the heat exchanger. The passed air through the heat exchanger is cooled by passing through the cooling coil and flowed into the heat exchanger again. The re-flowed air into the heat exchanger is heat exchanged with the air flowed from indoor and discharged to the indoor through a path. Intake and discharge holes of the heat exchanger are formed to have the path.

PURPOSE: A plastic heat exchanger for an exhaust heat recovery is provided to improve the heat exchange efficiency because an air supply and air exhaust flow along a long flow channel as a counter flow to each other, thereby heat-exchanging. CONSTITUTION: A plastic heat exchanger for an exhaust heat recovery comprises first and second heat transfer pipes(10,20). The first and second heat transfer pipes are laminated to top and bottom by forming into rectangular shape. An air passage is formed between the laminated first and second heat transfer pipes. The first and second heat transfer pipes are coupled to each other by coupling units(30) respectively formed along edges of the first and second heat transfer pipes. An intake hole(41) and exhaust hole(42) are formed by being opened a part of the coupling units. The intake and exhaust holes are not overlapped to each other. Air flow inside first and second heat transfer pipes becomes a counterflow.
