PURPOSE: A method for preparing a multi-vesicular liposome is provided to quickly release drugs to a specific site and to enable easy and efficient absorption. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a multi-vesicular liposome comprises: a step of dissolving one or more biologically active materials and measuring mole osmosis concentration to obtain a first aqueous phase; a step of dissolving a lipid mixture of an acid amphiphilic material in an organic solvent; a step of capsulating the biologically active material to form a water-in-oil emulsion; a step of mixing the water-in-oil emulsion in a second aqueous phase to obtain a W/O/W emulsion or a disperse water-in-oil emulsion in a second aqueous phase; and a step of removing an organic solvent to form a multi-vascular liposome.

PURPOSE: A skin external composition for antiaging or skin cosmetic is provided to enhance activity of defence factor and smooth wrinkle. CONSTITUTION: A skin external composition contains a silica hydride having dense anion, 0.001~20 weight% of lipoic acid, tocopherol, coenzyme Q 10, selenium, vitamin A or the vitamin C. The anion is hydrogen ion. The content of anion is 0.001~20 weight% based on total weight. The average size of silica hydride is 200~500nm. The silica hydride is contained in 0.001-20 weight%.

본 발명은 자기회합성을 갖는 양친성 고분자를 사용하여 난용성 육모 물질을 포집시켜 제조한 나노입자 및 이를 함유하는 두피 넓게는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 소수성 폴리에스테르 고분자(A)와 친수성 고분자(B)를 결합시켜 제조한 블록공중합체(AB) 형태의 자기회합성(self-assembling)을 갖는 양친성 고분자를 사용하여 수용액상에서 난용성의 발모 활성 성분인 사이클로스포린을 포집시켜 제조한 나노입자 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 두피 및 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 나노입자는 난용성 또는 불용성의 생리활성 유효성분인 사이클로스포린을 포집시켜 나노 수준의 크기로 캡슐화하여 수분산 상태의 입자로 제조한 것으로, 활성 성분의 모낭 전달 효과 및 흡수율이 뛰어나고, 다양한 외용제 제형에 용이하게 적용할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: Provided are a nano-particle manufactured by inclusion of insoluble components using self-assembly of amphiphilic polymer and an external application to the skin containing the same. The manufactured nano-particle is safely bio-decomposed in the living body and is thus harmless to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A nano-particle is characterized in that insoluble bioactive components are included inside a self-assembly of amphiphilic polymer which is manufactured by binding of a hydrophobic polyester polymer(A) and a hydrophilic polymer(B) in the type of double block(A-B).

PURPOSE: A biodegradable polymer vesicle is provided, to improve phase stability and to allow a various size of polymer vesicles to be obtained. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable polymer vesicle is prepared from an amphiphilic copolymer comprising a hydrophobic block of poly(epsilon-caprolactone) and a hydrophilic block of polyethyleneimine or polyethylene oxide. Preferably the ratio of the poly(epsilon-caprolactone) and the polyethyleneimine or polyethylene oxide is 100:1 to 1:2 by weight. Preferably the poly(epsilon-caprolactone), the polyethyleneimine and the polyethylene oxide have a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-100,000 Dalton, 100-2,000 Dalton and 500-5,000 Dalton, respectively. Preferably the polymer vesicle has an average particle diameter of 50-1,000 nm.
