Abstract:
A method for measuring the amount of human stratum corneum exfoliation is provided to digitize the stratum corneum exfoliation amount using an image analysis program by improving a conventional technique of evaluating the stratum corneum exfoliation amount visually through fluorescence staining, thereby verifying the stratum corneum amount objectively. A method for measuring the amount of human stratum corneum exfoliation comprises the steps of: (a) coating a fluorescent staining sample such as Dansyl chloride and dihydroxyacetone on a stratum corneum of skin surface for fluorescence-staining; (b) coating a sample for exfoliation such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, salicylic acid and papain enzyme on the fluorescent-stained stratum corneum for 4-14 days to perform exfoliation; (c) fluorescence-photographing the exfoliated stratum corneum to obtain a fluorescent image; and (d) setting up an analysis area of the fluorescent image and digitizing fluorescence strength of the analysis by using an image analysis program. Further, the step (a) of coating a fluorescent staining sample is performed for 6 hrs.

A system for measuring the in-vitro water resistance SPF of a sunscreen agent and a method for measuring the SPF by using the same are provided to predict the water resistance degree of a product without performing an actual clinic test. A system for measuring the in-vitro water resistance SPF of a sunscreen agent includes a drive section(10), and a rotary blade(20). The drive section includes a rotational shaft(11). The rotational shaft is submerged in the water in a washing tub. The rotary blade is installed at one end of the rotational shaft. An ultraviolet sunscreen agent is coated on a surface of the rotary blade. The ultraviolet sunscreen agent is washed out in the water by rotating the rotary blade driven by the drive section. The rotary blade has a plurality of blade ribs(22) extended vertically at one end of the rotational shaft, and substrates(24) coated with the ultraviolet sunscreen agent.

PURPOSE: Provided are a hydroxamic acid derivative which shows an antiaging effect and is improved in safety and stability to the skin stimulus and discoloration, its preparation method, and an antiaging skin preparation for external use and a collagenase and elastase expression inhibitor containing the derivative. CONSTITUTION: The hydroxamic acid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are H, a C1-C10 alkyl group or a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group; R3 is CONH, NHCO, CONR5 or NR5CO (wherein R5 is H or a C1-C10 alkyl group); and R4 is -(CH)n- (wherein n is 0 or 1). The method comprises the steps of reacting benzoic acid and methyl 4-aminobenzoate or 4-aminophenylacetic acid methyl ester or reacting aniline and monomethyl terephthalate, to prepare a benzamide compound; substituting the amino bond of the benzamide compound into an alkyl bond; hydrolyzing the methyl ester group to prepare an acid; and reacting the obtained acid with hydroxyl amine·HCl salt to prepare the hydroxamic acid derivative of the formula 1.

본발명은메이크업화장품의도포(塗布) 균일성을평가하는방법에관한것으로서, a) 도포된메이크업화장품의이미지를촬영하고, 적어도 2 이상의국소(局所) 면적들을지정하는단계, b) 촬영된이미지의색차(色差)를비교하는단계및 c) 비교된색차로부터도포된메이크업화장품의도포균일성을평가하는단계를포함한다. 본발명의도포균일성평가방법은관능평가방식아닌정량적이고객관적인평가를가능하게한다.
