The present invention relates to a composition for promoting differentiation of a human mesenchymal stem cell into an adipocyte and, more specifically, to a composition which contains at least one kind among Mucunae caulis, Galangal, Korean aralia root, and Melia azedarach L. extracts as an active component to promote the differentiation of a human mesenchymal stem cell into an adipocyte to produce a lipid droplet to increase the volume and elasticity of the skin and reduce wrinkles.
