Abstract:
A germ-free isolator equipped with a drainage device is provided to discharge liquid wastes to the outside through a drain without letting the external air flow into the isolator. A germ-free isolator equipped with a drainage device includes a case body(10), a drain(20), a filter portion(30), gloves(40) and a control box. Air sucking and air discharging lines(14,15) are installed on one side of the front of the case body. A lighting device is installed on the upper end of the case body. The drain discharges wastes through a discharge pipe installed on the lower part thereof. Gloves are formed on both sides of the case body. The drain includes a body and drainage drums. A transfer pipe is installed on the body. Liquid waste is stored in the drainage drums formed around the transfer pipe.

본 발명은 어미에서 무균상태로 새끼를 분만시키는데 사용되는 무균 동물 수술용 아이솔레이터에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 무균 동물 수술용 아이솔레이터는 종래 수술용 아이솔레이터의 배수구를 개선함으로서 어미 또는 어미돼지에서 새끼를 무균상태로 분만시킬 때 발생되는 오물이나 폐기물 등의 액상배출물을 배수구를 통해 외부로 배출시키는 과정에서 외부공기가 내부로 유입됨 없이 안전하게 배출시킬 수 있도록 하여 수술시 우수한 무균상태의 유지가 가능하도록 하는 이점이 있다.
Abstract:
A stilbene-based compound having hepatoprotective activity and a preparation method thereof are provided to maintain the shape, structure and physiological function of the liver, prevent liver disease, inhibit progress of the liver disease, and treat liver disease based on the natural restoration ability of the liver without side effects. A hepatoprotective composition comprises the stilbene-based compound represented by the formula(I), wherein the stilbene-based compound is isolated from the organic solvent extract of Morus bombycis koizumi root; and the organic solvent is C1-C6 alcohol such as methanol. The method for preparing 2,5'-dihydroxy-4,3'-di(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-trans-stilbene comprises the steps of: (a) extracting Morus bombycis koizumi with an organic solvent; and (b) separating 2,5'-dihydroxy-4,3'-di(beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-trans-stilbene from the extract of Morus bombycis koizumi by subjecting the extract to absorption chromatography using MCI gel and methanol and gel filtration chromatography.
