    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for extracting saccharification liquid for alcohol fermentation and a manufacturing method of ethanol using the saccharification liquid are provided, which can produce ethanol high efficiently and economically. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting saccharification liquid for alcohol fermentation comprises a step of putting one selected from non-edible group consisting of brassica campestris part, barley stalk, and Ulva pertusa and water into a compression liquifying extractor at 1:10 mass rate and extracting it at 25-30 deg.C and 500-1000Mpa; and step of performing compressed liquefied extraction at 1000Mpa for 30 minutes after raising the pressure by 50 pressure every ten minutes for 150 minutes.
