Abstract: PURPOSE: An extended range sub caliber for propelling a rocket having a separation preventing tool of a rocket motor unit is provided to maintain the performance of extending a range because a rocket motor unit is not separated from a warhead until a sub-caliber is fired. CONSTITUTION: An extended range sub caliber for propelling a rocket having a separation preventing tool of a rocket motor unit comprises a fuse, a cylinder-shaped or streamlined-shaped warhead unit(40), high explosives, a male screw, a rocket motor unit(30), a rocket propellant, an ignition delay unit, a jetting unit, and a disc-shaped auxiliary plate(10). The fuse is installed in a leading end of the warhead portion. The high explosives are filled in the warhead portion. The male screw is formed on a circumference of the back-end of the warhead portion. The rocket motor unit is connected with a screw joining of a female screw side by side. The rocket propellants are filled with the rocket motor unit. The ignition delay unit and the jetting unit are attached to the other end of the rocket motor unit. The male screw is connected to the female screw formed on an inner race of one end with a screw joining and formed on the circumference. The auxiliary plate is placed between the rocket motor unit and the warhead portion.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for improving adhesion between a rubber and an epoxy resin-containing composite is provided to be hardened at the same time at high temperature through an epoxy chemical reaction between the composite and latent epoxy resin in the rubber without separate adhesive layer, thereby improving adhesion between the rubber and the composite. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving adhesion between a rubber and an epoxy resin-containing composite comprises a step of laminating the mixture of the rubber and the epoxy resin-containing composite and hardening the same at the same time. The rubber is mixed by 3.0-5.0wt% epoxy resin on the basis of total weight of the rubber and the epoxy resin. The rubber is an ethylene propylene diene rubber or ethylene propylene. The epoxy resin is aromatic amine hardening agent epoxy resin. The composite comprises a carbon fiber.
