    Abstract: A luggage box for a vehicle is provided to save the manufacturing costs by simplifying the structure through hinge coupling between both front sidewalls of a box body and hinge members formed at both front sides of a cover. A luggage box for a vehicle comprises a box body(10) and a cover(11) that covers the top surface of the box body. The cover has L-shaped hinge members(30a,30b) at both front sides thereof. Each of the hinge members has a free end serving as a horizontal unit(31) having a slot(32). An inclination support surface is formed at the upper portion of the box body. Stoppers(37a,37b) are installed at the front upper portions of both sidewalls of the box body to support the slot using pins(36a,36b) and simultaneously constrain the horizontal unit.
