Abstract: 본 발명은 끼움형 코일스프링 보호튜브에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 절개부가 배제된 구조를 구비함으로써 이물질의 유입을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있으며, 또한 용이하게 코일스프링에 결합할 수 있도록 한 끼움형 코일스프링 보호튜브를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 끼움형 코일스프링 보호튜브는 자동차 현가장치에 사용되는 코일스프링의 좌권부에 결합되어 코일스프링을 보호하는 보호튜브에 있어서, 상기 보호튜브는 코일스프링을 구성하는 선재를 완전히 에워싸는 폐곡선의 구조를 갖도록 링-형상의 단면구조를 가지며, 코일스프링의 좌권부를 따라 연장되게 형성되어 끼움 결합에 의해 코일스프링과 결합되되, 상기 코일스프링과의 끼움이 시작되는 입구측 내경은 출구측 내경에 비해 크게 형성되며, 입구측으로부터 출구측으로 갈수록 내경이 점차적으로 작아지도록 테이퍼지게 형성되고, 상기 보호튜브의 내부 또는 외부에는 보호튜브의 길이방향을 따라 연장되게 형성되어 보호튜브의 끼움 결합시 보호튜브의 휨을 방지하는 보강살이 형성된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An active type stabilizer manufacturing method is provided to reduce the cost for equipments through proceeds thermal processes, short pinning processes, and coating processes by using an existing manual stabilizer manufacturing lines. CONSTITUTION: An active type stabilizer manufacturing method is as follows. Two materials consisted of round rods or hollow pipes are coupled by a connection pipe. A half stabilizer bar is formed by a continuous single material(S110). The formed single material is worked into the shape for a stabilizer by being bent(S120). The worked single material is gone through thermal processes, short pinning processes, and coating processes in a manual stabilizer manufacturing line(S130). The connection pipe is divided into two half stabilizer(S140). The divided two half stabilizer is coupled with the both sides of an actuator(S150).
