Abstract: The present invention relates to a low molecular weight PVA/clay/silver nanoparticle with an improved heat resistance and antibacterial properties, and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the nanoparticle is manufactured by manufacturing a nanostructure using polyvinyl alcohol with a low average molecular weight and putting clay and silver therein. Abstract: The present invention relates to a pop-rice having excellent functionality using black sticky giant embryo rice and a manufacturing method thereof.
