본발명은종자에바닐린(vanillin) 검정시약을 5분내지 30분동안처리하고색변화를측정하는단계; 및상기바닐린검정시약이처리된종자에요오드(iodine) 검정시약을처리하고색변화를측정하는단계를포함하는프로안토시아니딘및 아밀로스의함량이감소된품종의검정방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른검정방법은배아를포함하지않는동일한 1/2 종자를이용하여프로안토시아니딘및 아밀로스의함량을간편하게검정할수 있으므로, 프로안토시아니딘및 아밀로스의함량이낮은, 갈변현상이감소하고찰기가증대된저세대계통의곡물품종육성및 종자관리에유용하게활용될수 있다. 또한, 상기검정방법은곡물을이용한식품가공시 종자의품질검정에이용될수 있으며, 수매시 종자의순도검사에도유용하게이용될수 있다.

PURPOSE: A producing method of a corn silk extract containing high contents of maysin is provided to extract corn silk using ethanol for increasing the content of maysin. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a corn silk extract containing high contents of maysin comprises the following steps: harvesting corn silk within 7-15 days after the growth of the corn silk; hot-air drying the corn silk, and crushing the corn silk before spraying 70% ethanol for 30-60 minutes; reflux-extracting the corn silk for 6 hours using the 70% ethanol; and concentrating the obtained corn silk extract. A recombinant expression vector with polynucleotide coding an isoflavone synthetic enzyme is provided to produce a transformant, which can bio-synthesize isoflavone with high concentration by using IFS genes. A recombinant expression vector for bio-synthesizing isoflavone comprises a promoter and polynucleotide having SEQ ID:NO 1 or 2. The polynucleotide is operably linked with the promoter. The recombinant expression vector is selected from the group consisting of pMJC-GB-IFS1, pMJ-GB-IFS2 and pMJC-GGB-IFS2. The recombinant expression vector for bio-synthesizing isoflavone represents Agrobacterium tumefacience or Agrobacterium rhizogene. A transgenic plant wherein the recombinant expression vector is accepted synthesizes isoflavone. The plant is a monocotyledon or a dicotyledonous plant.

A method of manufacturing cyanidin-3-glucoside derived from a mulberry as food color powder by extracting and concentrating cyanidin-3-glucoside from a mulberry is provided to obtain food color powder which is stable and is useful as a substitute for artificial synthetic colors. Food color powder is prepared by the steps of: extracting cyanidin-3-glucoside from a mulberry using 70% ethanol and 0.1% citric acid as an extraction solvent; stabilizing cyanidin-3-glucoside by adding 100% by weight of an excipient such as dextrin or maltodextrin to the concentrate; and freeze-drying at 85deg.C under 5mTorr for 48hr and grinding the stabilized cyanidin-3-glucoside.
