Abstract: 본 발명은 누에 실샘 유래 가수분해물을 이용한 의료용 드레싱재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 누에 실샘 유래 가수분해물을 이용한 의료용 드레싱재의 제조방법은, 누에 유래 가수분해물을 용해하여 가수분해물 용액을 준비하는 제1단계, 상기 가수분해물 용액에 가교제를 첨가한 후, 15~30℃에서 0.5~2시간 동안 교반하여 반응시키는 제2단계 및, 상기 반응 후 급속냉동건조하는 제3단계로 구성된다.

본 발명에 의해, 유해한 용매를 사용하지 않으면서, 상온추출로 누에 실샘 유래 가수분해물의 수득이 가능하면서, 세포증식효과가 우수한 누에 실샘 유래 가수분해물의 수득방법이 제공된다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An extract of Protaetia brevitarsis which has almost the same liver protecting effect as silymarin as a conventional liver disease treating agent is provided which can be effectively used as an effective ingredient for a liver disease treating agent or health supplementary agent. CONSTITUTION: Distilled water is added to larvae powder of Protaetia brevitarsis and extracted and the extract is passed through a dialysis membrane to produce a Protaetia brevitarsis extract having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less. The extract is formulated to be administered in a dose of 1 to 2,500mg/kg/day, preferably 10 to 500mg/kg/day and can recover the liver effectively when hepatotoxicity is induced by drugs such as carbon dioxide.
