Abstract: 본 발명은 견사단백질을 갖는 누에의 가공방법, 이를 통해 가공된 누에가공물 및 이를 포함하는 건강기능식품 및 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 견사단백질을 갖는 누에의 가공방법은 견사단백질을 갖는 생누에를 수거하여 준비하는 제1단계, 상기 견사단백질을 갖는 생누에를 열에 익히는 제2단계 및, 상기 열에 익혀 식이용 섭취가 가능한 상기 견사단백질을 갖는 익힌 누에와 상기 견사단백질을 갖는 생누에로부터 추출된 겔 또는 액상 형태의 누에추출물을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징이다. 본 발명에 의해, 강력한 강도로 인하여 식이용으로 활용이 불가능하였던 견사단백질을 포함할 수 있도록 한 누에의 가공방법이 제공되며, 이로 인해 가공된 누에가공물을 포함함으로써 피부보습, 피부주름완화, 검버섯완화, 기미완화, 주근깨완화, 피부각질완화, 무좀완화, 탈모완화, 숙취예방, 피로도완화 등의 피부미용 및 건강증진효과를 나타내는 건강기능식품 및 화장료 조성물이 제공된다.
