PURPOSE: A ginseng(raw ginseng) quality evaluation method using near-infrared rays is provided to enhance the stability with respect to a quality standard of ginseng by rapidly measuring a density of a structure and saponin content of the ginseng referred to a quality evaluation of the ginseng at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng quality evaluation method using near-infrared rays is as follows. Near-infrared rays are irradiated to ginseng(S110). A density of a structure and saponin content of the ginseng are calculated from the reflectance of the near-infrared rays(S140). A wavelength of the near-infrared rays is over 974nm and less 932nm.

PURPOSE: A Centella asiatica L. Urban-derived dammarenediol synthease gene is provided to produce a large amount of dammarenediol. CONSTITUTION: A Centella asiatica L. Urban-derived dammarenediol synthease gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant vector contains a gene encoding the synthease. A transformed cell is prepared by transforming host cells with the recombinant vector. The host cell is yeast or E.coli.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for planting ginseng-redifferentiated plants is provided to transplant without acclimation process and to enhance growth rate in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A method for transplanting ginseng-redifferentiated plants on the soil comprises: a step of culturing the redifferentiated plants in vitro; a step of dipping the redifferented plants in 0.2-5 ppm of gibberellic acid for 6-12 hours; and a step of transplanting the differentiated plants to the soil without acclimation. The concentration of the gibberellic acid is 0.4 ppm. In case that the length of the redifferentiated plants is 4cm, the gibberellic acid can be dipped.

PURPOSE: An artificial breeding method for Lucilia Illustris which is pollinator of onion and a using method thereof are provided to artificially breed moisture supply insects such as Osmia rufa, Apis mellifera, Apis dorsata, Eristalis tenax, Musca domestica and Calliphora sp. And Lucillia sp. CONSTITUTION: The use of the pollinator for pollinating of onion, comprises the steps of (i) inducing the Lucilia Illustris to oviposit, so as to form a larva; (ii) breeding the larva to form a maggot imago; (iii) allowing the maggot imago to pupate, so as to form a pupa; (iv) growing a wing of the pupa to form an imago; and (v) using the imago as a pollinator of onion. The step(ii) further comprises the sub-step of prevent the maggot imago from escape from breeding cage during breeding of the Lucilia Illustris. The invention enables a person to easily, effectively, and accurately breed the onion.

The present invention relates to a pot for cultivating ginseng and a cultivation method and, more specifically, to a pot only for ginseng cultivation which satisfies conditions of good drainage, air permeability, etc. and is suitable for cultivating ginseng; a composition of soil for cultivating ginseng in the pot; and to a cultivation method of ginseng using the same. As a pot according to the present invention is only for ginseng cultivation, the pot has a certain height with an open upper part so as to receive bed soil and ginseng; a main drain hole in the bottom center; a plurality of auxiliary drain holes around the main drain hole in a radial direction; and a plurality of vent holes on the side surface from the bottom to a certain height.
