Abstract: A method and an apparatus for producing a liquid fertilizer are provided to reduce the production time of a liquid fertilizer, effectively remove an odor generated during a production process of a liquid fertilizer, and exterminate bacteria and microorganisms contained in a liquid fertilizer. An apparatus for producing a liquid fertilizer includes: a storage tank(10) in which liquid waste is stored; a water supply pipe(20) connected to the storage tank; an oxidant supply unit(30) which is installed on the water supply pipe and feeds an oxidant to the liquid waste supplied through the water supply pipe; a pressure tank(40) which is connected to the water supply pipe and into which the liquid waste and oxidant mixed in the water supply pipe flow and are pressurized; a discharge pipe(60) which is connected to the pressure tank and selectively discharges the liquid waste oxidized in the pressure tank; and a sterilizing unit(70) which comprises a sterilizing bath connected to the discharge pipe, an electrode that is disposed inside the sterilizing bath to be electrically insulated from the sterilizing bath, and a power supply part that is electrically connected to the sterilizing bath and the electrode and supplies an electrical power source, and sterilizes the liquid waste discharged from the discharge pipe.

Abstract: 혼합물로부터 고운 입자와 조대 입자로 선별하는 스크린 입자 선별 장치가 개시된다. 스크린 입자 선별 장치는 동력부, 비산원판 및 스크린부를 포함한다. 스크린 입자 선별 장치는 동력부, 동력부와 연결되고 동력부에서 발생하는 동력을 이용해 혼합물을 비산시키는 비산원판 및 비산원판에 인접하게 배치되고, 혼합물로부터 입자 크기에 따라 고운 입자와 조대 입자를 선별하는 스크린부를 포함한다. 본 발명은 설치가 간단하여 설치 면적을 줄일 수 있고 구동력을 적게 필요하므로 경비를 크게 줄일 수 있다. 또 혼합물들의 이동경로가 확실하여 선별효율도 증가 시킬 수 있다.
