Abstract: PURPOSE: A processing container and a plasma processing device are provided to control the costs of a part and a replacement rate by easily replacing a protection member. CONSTITUTION: A main body of a container has an opening part for the transfer of a target object which has a straight line part. A protection member protects the container main body from damage due to plasma and corrosive gas. Abstract: A treating apparatus is provided to improve in-plane uniformity of treatment by preventing that a non-reactive treating gas is diffused in a substrate on a mounting bar. A treating apparatus includes a mounting bar(3), a treating gas supply part(44), a gas exhaust part, and an air flow guide member(5). The mounting bar is arranged inside a treating vessel(20). A substrate(S) is mounted on the mounting bar. The treating gas supply part supplies the treating gas from a top part of the mounting bar, and treats the substrate. The gas exhaust part exhausts a gas inside the treating vessel. The air flow guide member is formed according to a circumference direction of the mounting bar in order to guide an air flow to an outer side direction. The air flow guide member has an opening part. A shape of the opening part corresponds to an outer shape of the substrate.
