    Abstract: PURPOSE: A refrigerator and control method thereof are provided to prevent a partial overcooling phenomenon by evenly dispersing a flow of cold air inside a storing room due to the various conditions and functions of an inlet and outlet. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a storing room, an evaporator, a first opening hole(25), a second opening hole(24), a fan, and a control unit. The evaporator cools air inside the storing room. The first opening hole sucks air inside the storing room. The second opening hole discharges the air cooled through the evaporator to the inside of the storing room. The fan drives blades at a first angle and second angle. The control unit drives the fan at the first angle which controls the air to be sucked through the first opening hole and discharged through the second opening hole and the fan at the second angle which controls the air to be sucked through the second opening hole and discharged through the first opening hole, thereby controlling a flow direction of the air.

    Abstract: A voltage generator is provided to generate a comparison voltage at high speed without increasing power consumption. A voltage comparison block(210) generates an output voltage corresponding to the voltage difference between a reference voltage and a determination voltage in response to a read command.     Abstract: A circuit and method for driving a word line by charge distribution in a read mode are provided to reduce unnecessary power consumption in a standby mode, by driving the word line rapidly by charge distribution. A read driving voltage generator(10) charges a constant charge quantity regardless of the variation of a power supply voltage by precharging the power supply voltage to a clamp capacitor whose capacitance value is changed to compensate the level variation of the power supply voltage, and generates a read driving voltage in response to a read command.
