디스플레이 장치가 제공된다. 디스플레이 장치는, 뎁스에 따른 실행 화면을 제공하는 도메인을 나타내는 적어도 하나의 제1 GUI를 디스플레이하는 디스플레이부, 사용자 명령을 입력받는 사용자 인터페이스부 및, 사용자 명령에 따라 적어도 하나의 제1 GUI 중 하나가 선택되면 선택된 제1 GUI가 나타내는 도메인에서 제공가능한 서브 도메인을 나타내는 적어도 하나의 제2 GUI를 디스플레이하고, 적어도 하나의 제2 GUI 중 하나가 선택되면 선택된 제2 GUI에 매핑된 서브 도메인 정보에 기초하여 서브 도메인에 대응되는 실행 화면을 제공하는 제어부를 포함한다.
Abstract:
Provided are a portable apparatus having a touch screen for searching information displayed on a screen of an external apparatus and an information searching method thereof. The method for searching web pages on the screen of the external apparatus by using the portable apparatus having the touch screen comprises steps of: displaying a link area on the touch screen wherein the link area is included in the web pages displayed on the screen of the external apparatus; enlarging the link area displayed on the touch screen in response to a first gesture of a user on the touch screen; and displaying the web pages connected to the link area on the screen of the external apparatus in response to a second gesture of the user on the enlarged link area. Thereby, the present invention enables a user to rapidly and conveniently search the information displayed on the screen of the external apparatus by using the portable apparatus having the touch screen. A method for processing abnormal data in a wireless sensor network is provided to easily judge the malfunction of each sensor node and to guarantee reliability for the sensing data of each sensor node by processing abnormal data, generated from each sensor node, through a middle node and separating the malfunction of a sensor node or emergency data. The first sensor node(S1) through the seventh sensor node(S7) respectively transmit sensing data to a relay node(R0). At this moment, in case the sixth sensor node(S6) creates sensing data exceeding a threshold and transmits the sensing data to the relay node(R0) as emergency data, the relay node(R0) receives sensing data from the first sensor node(S1) through the seventh sensor node(S7) and compares the received data respectively. If it is judged that the sensing data received from the sixth sensor node(S6) are emergency data having a different value from the sensing data of the other sensor nodes, the relay node(R0) adds the average sensing data value of the other sensor nodes to the emergency data and transmits the emergency data to a sink node.

PURPOSE: A CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) apparatus using a disc-type valve is provided to reduce the amount of powers accumulated on the disc-shaped valve by preventing the generation of eddy current. CONSTITUTION: A CVD apparatus using a disc-type valve includes a process chamber, the first exhaust tube, an accumulator, the second exhaust tube, a disc-type valve, and a scrubber. The first exhaust tube is connected to the process chamber. The accumulator is connected to the first exhaust tube. The second exhaust tube is connected to the accumulator. The disc-type valve is installed in the inside of the second exhaust tube. The disc-type valve is formed with a shielding plate(152) and a couple of discs(154,156). The scrubber is connected to the second exhaust tube. The discs(154,156) are formed on a front side and a rear side of the shielding plate(152).

PURPOSE: A conveyer belt cleaning apparatus of a CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) equipment for manufacturing a semiconductor device is provided to be capable of preventing the contamination of a conveyer belt by collecting precipitates using a trap part. CONSTITUTION: A conveyer belt cleaning apparatus is provided with a cleaning tub(50) for storing a cleaning solution and a plurality of guide rolls(18) installed in the cleaning tub. At this time, a conveyer belt is cleaned in the cleaning tub by using the rotation and vibration of the guide rolls. The conveyer belt cleaning apparatus further includes a trap part(54) installed at the center lower portion of the cleaning tub for collecting precipitates(58) removed from the conveyer belt.
