Abstract:
본 발명은 레이저 및 마이크로 자성 비드를 이용한 세포 또는 바이러스의 신속한 파괴 방법, 파괴 장치, 및 상기 파괴 장치에 이용되는 세포 용해 칩에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 40초 이내의 빠른 세포 용해가 가능하고, 레이저 다이오드를 이용한 소형화가 가능하며, 바로 정제 단계로 진행할 수 있으며, 세포 찌꺼기와 비드를 전자석으로 제거하고 DNA 가 포함된 용액이 다음 단계로 진행될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 세포 용해 칩을 통해 증발 문제를 해결하였으며, 진동을 통한 기계적 힘을 동시에 자성 비드를 통하여 세포에 효율적으로 전달할 수 있으며, 칩 내부의 소수성 처리로 거친 면에 대한 마이크로플루이딕스 문제를 해결하였으며, 랩온어칩에 적용이 가능하게 되었다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An impurity detection apparatus and method is provided to reduce number of detectors and impurity detection time, while achieving an in-advance prevention against water contamination. CONSTITUTION: An impurity detection apparatus comprises an ultraviolet oxidation unit(11) serving as an ultraviolet radiation unit for radiating ultraviolet ray to the water containing one of organic material or peroxide; a resistivity meter(12) serving as an electrical conductivity measuring unit for measuring the conductivity or resistivity of the water where the ultraviolet ray is radiated; and a dissolved oxygen meter(13) serving as a dissolved oxygen measuring unit for measuring dissolved oxygen of the water where the ultraviolet ray is radiated. An impurity detection method comprises a first step of decomposing the organic material and peroxide contained in the water, by radiating ultraviolet ray; a second step of measuring conductivity or resistivity of the water where the ultraviolet ray is radiated; and a third step of measuring dissolved oxygen of the water where the ultraviolet ray is radiated.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An automatic retractable/extendable system of a cellular phone is provided to maximize the efficiency of an installing space by employing a power transmitting means with a flexible material. CONSTITUTION: A driving roller and a driven roller have a shaft rotatably installed on a main bracket. A rod antenna is interposed between the driving roller and the driven roller, and is installed to be linearly moved. A reduction module has a driving motor installed on one side of the main bracket with a driving means of the driving roller. One end of the flexible connecting means is fixed to the driving shaft of the reduction module. The other end of the flexible connecting means is fixed to the other end of the shaft of the driving roller. The flexible connecting means transfers the rotational force of the reduction module.
