    Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure of bonding a flexible PCB(Printed Circuit Board) on a print head is provided to improve a bonding strength between a substrate and the PCB and to improve insulation in a terminal separating area by using an underfill. CONSTITUTION: In a connected state between an auxiliary electrode(30) and a flexible PCB(40), an underfill(50) is sprayed on a substrate(10). Therefore, the substrate and the flexible PCB are combined. Herein, a portion of the underfill is transferred to a terminal separating space between the substrate and the auxiliary electrode. Then, the terminal separating space is filled with the underfill. The underfill is heated for being hardened. Therefore, the flexible PCB and the substrate are firmly combined.
