Abstract: PURPOSE: A color filter substrate and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprising the same are provided to lower the level of data voltage, thereby realizing a low voltage driving by forming a plurality of common electrode elements corresponding to respective color filter elements and applying common voltages different in a polarity to adjacent common electrode elements. CONSTITUTION: A color filter substrate comprises a color filter layer consisting of a plurality of color filter elements and a common electrode layer on the color filter layer. The common electrode layer consists of a plurality of common electrode elements corresponding to respective color filter elements. Herein, adjacent common electrode elements are not electrically connected. When common voltage is applied to the common electrode layer, common voltages(+VCOM,-VCOM) different in a polarity are applied to adjacent common electrode elements. The common voltages are applied differently according to inversion state of the data voltage. Therefore, the level of data voltage is lowered by polarity inversion of the common voltage.

The mobile terminals(170, 180) receive an internet service over the wireless network based on a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol). The ticket server(120) generates a ticket issue guide according to a user request, issues a corresponding ticket according to input data, stores the ticket issue data at a database, transmits the ticket issue data in a set form to the user, transmits user payment data to the bank server for requesting a payment approval(130), and authenticates the input ticket data according to a request of the ticket collector server(140).
