Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for recording/reproducing a file list display image and a voice is provided to store at least the first file in a stack memory when the first file selection signal is inputted, and to add at least the second file to the first file if the second file selection signal is inputted, thereby selectively executing a desired file only or additionally selecting other file. CONSTITUTION: If the first file of the first folder is selected(S610), a stack memory stores the selected first file(S620). If a command for executing the stored first file is inputted(S630), the first file is displayed in a play list and is executed(S640). If an additional file selection command is inputted(S650), the second file of the second folder or other medium is selected(S660). The selected second file is stored in the stack memory(S670). If a command for executing the stored second file is inputted(S680), the stored second file is additionally displayed in the play list, and is executed(S690).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cassette station of semiconductor fabrication equipment is provided to limit movement of cassette to a left and a right direction as well as a front and a rear direction by using auxiliary supporters.
