PURPOSE: A power control method and apparatus thereof are provided to prevent the coverage reduction of a base station and to satisfy the requirement of an error vector size. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(120) receives information for a channel state from a portable terminal. A transmission unit(130) transmits a signal in the portable terminal. A control unit(140) calculates information related to code rates considering the modulation order of the portable terminal using the information related to the channel state. The control unit controls transmission power for the portable terminal based on the information related to the calculated code rates. PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for compensating phase error in a wireless communication system are provided to estimate the interference channel between the self interference channel or antenna interference channel. CONSTITUTION: A first channel estimator(403) presumes the channel about each burst using the signal received from the transmit modem and the signal received from the CPE compensator. A phase compensator(405) compares phase toward the channel of each burst received from the first channel estimator. The phase compensator compensates the phase difference of bursts. A second channel estimator(407) presumes the interference channel in consideration of the channel of two or more bursts in which the phase difference is compensated.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and a system for allocating resources in an asynchronous wireless communication system are provided to efficiently support a relay base station in an LTE(Long Term Evolution)-advance system by ensuring the compatibility with an LTE system. CONSTITUTION: An asynchronous wireless communication system allocates a first subframe for an odd numbered relay base system. In addition, the asynchronous wireless communication system allocates the second subframe so that a second subframe for an even numbered relay base station may not overlapped with the first subframe in a time axis. The first subframe and the second subframe are adjacent to each other in the time axis.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for interference cancellation in mobile full duplex relay are provided to repetitively estimate and cancel a transmitter interference channel and a circle signal. CONSTITUTION: A receiving modem(130) receives a signal from a base station. An interference channel estimating and controlling unit(140) repetitively performs interference cancellation using a transmitter interference signal from which a circle signal interference is removed in a signal received from the base station. A transmission modem(160) transmits the signal from which the interference is removed.

PURPOSE: A receiving device in a (Multi-Input Multi-Output) wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to reduce generation of an error by restoring a received signal with repeated decoding through a plurality of decoders in the receiving device. CONSTITUTION: A demodulator(405) demodulates detected signals of a multi antenna signal detector(404). Two or more decoders(406) decodes input signals of the demodulator. A mapper(407) adds up the decoded signals of the demodulator. The mapper creates a feedback signal corresponding to each input signal. The decoder proceeds decoding through addition of the feedback signal about each input signal.

PURPOSE: A network entry apparatus of a relay station using full duplex in a mobile communication system and a method thereof are provided to enable a base station to recognize a function of a full duplex relay station and assign resources, thereby effectively operating the full duplex relay station. CONSTITUTION: A network entry apparatus of a relay station using full duplex in a mobile communication system and a method thereof comprise the following steps. A capability negotiation process including a full duplex function is performed with a base station. Authentication and registration procedures are performed with the base station(230). An operation parameter setting procedure including the full duplex function is performed with the base station(250).

An apparatus and a method for avoiding interference between a base station and a relay station when using full duplex relay in a multi hop relay system are provided to minimize cell interference between the base station and the relay station about a terminal by using a full duplex relay method. A signal meter measures intensity of a received signal from a base station and a relay station. An interference decision device calculates a ratio of intensity of received signals from the base station and the relay station. The interference decision device(413) determines whether interference exists by using the ratio of the intensity of the received signals. A message generator produces a control message showing whether the interference exists.

A signal transceiving device in a communication system and a method therefor are provided to offer a space time frequency block coding method which prevents the deterioration of performance on a high-speed fading channel and a frequency-selective fading channel while a transmitter can communicate with plural receivers. A transmission signal generator(400) comprises as follows. A demultiplexer(405) divides an information symbol according to the number of transmission antennas. Repeaters(407,409) receive the divided signals to repeat the signals as much as preset frequency of repetition. Signal processors(411,413) perform frequency space block coding processes for the repeated signals. Phase vector multipliers(415,417) multiply phase vectors corresponding to each receiver by the signals applied with the frequency space block coding processes.
