Abstract: A manganese crossing for a turnout and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to store crossings without classifying the crossings into a weld type or a connection type, and to achieve equal or better intensity by integrating inner ends of the crossings and by molding inner reinforcing members in traverse directions, and to eliminate casting defects by molding rear end sections to an S-type curvature. A method of manufacturing a manganese crossing using a single high manganese steel casting comprises the steps of: integrating inner ends(10) of a manganese crossing(C); molding inner reinforcing members(20) in traverse directions; molding rear end sections(30) to an S-type curvature; and molding a flange way in the middle section of the crossing to have a width of 42 to 47mm. In the manganese crossing manufactured by this method, the inner ends of the manganese crossing are integrated, and inner reinforcing members are disposed in traverse directions. The rear end section is molded to have the S-type curvature. The flange way in the middle portion of the crossing is molded to have width of 42 to 47 mm.

Abstract: A joint fastener for rails and a method of coupling the rails using the same are provided to prevent diminution of coupling force between a joint bar and the rail and to install the join bar without interference with a rail clip.
