Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for synthesizing F-18 labeled radiopharmaceuticals are provided to automatically synthesize radiopharmaceuticals using a single separable cassette and a control device. CONSTITUTION: A first organic solvent supply unit(121) supplies a first organic solvent for eliminating water from a polymer precursor cartridge. A second organic solvent supply unit(123) supplies an organic solvent including acid or a second organic solvent which is a mixture of the organic solvent and water. An alkaline aqueous solution supply unit(125) supplies an alkaline aqueous solution for neutralizing a composite solution in a composite container. A third organic solvent supply unit(127) supplies a third organic solvent for eluting F-18 labeled compounds in a polymeric compound cartridge.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a sulfonate precursor with 1,2,3-triazole group is provided to manufacture [^18F]radioactive chemical. CONSTITUTION: A sulfonate compound with 1,2,3-triazole group is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the sulfonate compound comprises: a step of reacting azidoalkanesufonyl chloride of chemical formula 3 with an aliphatic alcohol functional group of chemical formula 4 under the presence of organic solvent and base to prepare an azidoalkane sulfonate compound of chemical formula 5; and a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 5 with terminal alkyne functional group of chemical formula 6 under the presence of organic solvent and copper catalyst. The base is bicarbonate ion, carbonate ion, alkali metal salt, triethylamine, diisopropylethylamine, pyridine, lutidine, and collidine.
