Abstract: 본 발명에서는 기존의 시각장애인을 위한 내비게이션 시스템이 건물내부에 들어가면 GPS수신이 어려워 먹통이 되는 문제점, 응급상황이 발생되었을 때 보호자나 외부 도우미센터로의 통보가 어려운 문제점, 장애물과의 거리 및 종류 인식이 어려워, 시각장애인의 감에 의존해서 장애물을 탐지해서 길을 걸어야하므로, 장애물과 신체 일부가 부딪치거나, 넘어져서 다치는 문제점, 지팡이의 RFID 리더기 인식을 위해 인도 및 보도에 복수개의 RFID 태그들로부터 일일이 설치해야 하므로, 기간설비 구축비용이 많이 발생하는 문제점을 개선하고자, 시각장애인용 지팡이 본체(10), 스피커부(20), 바이브레이션부(30), 마이크부(40), 층상형 적외선센서부(50), GPS수신모듈(60), 데이터송수신모듈(70), 로드제어부(80)로 구성됨으로서, GPS 수신모듈로부터 현재위치를 수신받아 목적지까지 블럭단위별로 로드 안내 음성메시지를 나눠서 설정한 후, GPS 수신이 없어도 설정된 실시간 로드 안내 음성메세지를 블럭단위별로 스피커부를 통해 출력시킬 수 있고, 응급버튼이 구성되어 원격지의 로드 맵 관리서버로 통보할 수 있어, 보호자 및 위탁기관으로 하여금 응급조치를 취할 수 있으며, 보도 및 인도에 별도의 RFID 태그설치 없이도, 목적지까지의 정확한 길안내와 장애물 정보를 제공할 수 있어, 기간설비 구축비용을 기존에 비해 60%로 떨어뜨릴 수 있고, 무엇보다 층상형 적외선센서부를 통해 장애물과의 거리 및 종류를 정확하게 인식시켜 시각장애인의 장애물 접촉사고 및 낙상사고율을 기존에 비해 70%로 떨어뜨릴 수 있는 시각장애인 길안내를 위한 지팡게이션 장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Abstract: A conventional fixed type bicycle used in outdoor sports facilities performs only exercise functions through simple pedal rotation on a fixed posture or position, thereby weakening the motive to arouse interests of the surrounding people, thus gradually decreasing the utilization of the fixed type bicycle. Moreover, in a case where tables and chairs for relaxation are installed on one side of the fixed type bicycle, the tables and chairs are fixed as an independent structure while not being compatible with the fixed type bicycle such that the tables and chairs occupy a specific space, thus restricting the installation thereof to a confined place. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an apparatus to automatically generate a variable object on the ground through a variable object generating module of a mole chair type bicycle, wherein the apparatus is composed of a mole chair type bicycle (100) and a variable object generating module (200). Therefore, the tables and chairs are hidden below the ground, come up over the ground, and are sequentially unfolded in a chair and table shape in response to a modification mode selection signal and a momentum signal transmitted from the mole chair type bicycle, thereby arousing strong interests by the surrounding people. Also, the mole chair type bicycle, and a variable object composed of chairs and tables are mutually driven while being compatible with each other. Moreover, since the variable object is hidden below the ground and comes up above the ground, the installation space is not large, thereby attaining excellent space utilization. Furthermore, a modification mode or a non-modification mode can be selected for the gear shift mode in accordance to the user′s desired type, thereby improving the effects of bicycle exercise by 80% by the force applied to the left and right pedals.

Abstract: An existing instantaneous hot-water generating apparatus has a large volume, has additional design costs, and consumes a large amount of power when generating hot water at high temperature, wherein the additional design costs increase in proportion to delay time in a water flow process designed to generate the hot water more than needs. According to the present invention to solve the above problems, a hot-spot type electric water heater comprises a heater main body (10), a water inlet part (20), a water outlet part (30), a heating module (40), and an electric heater (50). Therefore, the volume of the hot-spot type electric water heater can be reduced 60% compared with an existing electric water heater, thereby easily installing the hot-spot type electric water heater on the outlet of the faucet of a washstand in a bathroom, a sink in a kitchen, and the like, and easily connecting the hot-spot type electric water heater to one side of the faucet; the design costs of the hot-spot type electric water heater can be inexpensive because the hot-spot type electric water heater has a simple structure; electricity consumption in the hot-spot type electric water heater can be reduced 70% compared with the existing electric water heater because the temperature of the hot water stored unnecessarily is not required to be maintained when raw water flowing into a heating module is heated and discharged instantaneously; and the hot-spot type electric water heater is capable of generating tepid water at a temperature of 10 - 40°C, not high temperature, close to a boiling point, but suitable for living water in washing a face, dishes, and the like.

Abstract: An existing thick curtain is capable of helping thermal insulation, but too heavy to be used conveniently and too expensive to be installed casually. A shading unit to shade a light is installed on a window, but is insufficient for the thermal insulation. Ventilation and the thermal insulation cannot automatically provided for disabled, old, and weak persons unable to move freely because an apparatus automatically opening and closing the existing curtain according the light from the outside or indoor temperature does not exist. According to the present invention to solve the above problems, a thermal insulation curtain automatic opening and closing apparatus with air caps comprises a linear guide rail part (10), a thermal insulation curtain part (20), a rubber magnet part (30), a temperature sensor (40), an illumination sensor (50), and a microcomputer part (60), thereby obtaining three of an inexpensive thermal insulation, light shading, and automatic opening and closing effect because the apparatus can be installed simply, a thermal insulation curtain can be manufactured by utilizing a material in common use at home, the thermal insulation effect can be improved 70% compared with an existing thermal insulation effect when the border of the thermal insulation curtain is closely coupled to a window frame by attaching rubber magnets attached on the border to rubber magnets pre-attached on the window frame and having the opposite polarities of the rubber magnets attached on the border, and the disabled, old, and weak persons unable to move freely can be automatically provided with the ventilation and the thermal insulation according to the light from the outside and the indoor temperature.
