Abstract:
A method of fabricating a single layer coating structure of the carbon nanotube is provided to form a carbon nanotube single layer coating structure using a high temperature spin coating method rotating a heated substrate and to evaluate quantitively a dispersion of the carbon nanotube using an atomic force microscope. A method of fabricating a single layer coating structure of the carbon nanotube comprises steps of: (a) heating up a substrate; coating the carbon nanotube on the substrate in the single layer by rotating a heated substrate and spraying a carbon nanotube dispersion solution at a center of the substrate; and (j) drying a carbon nanotube single layer coated on the substrate.
Abstract:
An inter-layer conducting method of a printed circuit board is provided to improve conductivity when connecting an inter-layer circuit pattern of the printed circuit board electrically by using carbon nanotube. A bump(12) is formed on a first metal layer by using a conductive paste including a carbon nanotube(17). An insulating layer(13) is laminated so that the bump is penetrated into a first metal layer. A second metal layer is laminated on the insulating layer to be electrically conducted with the first metal layer through the bump.
