Abstract: PURPOSE: An anticancer composition containing marine microorganism extract is provided to ensure anticancer effect of various cell lines and to induce apoptosis of the cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: An anticancer composition contains Bacillus sp. strain extract as an active ingredient. The cancer is head and neck cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, or melanoma. The Bacillus sp. strain is Bacillus sp. SW31(KCTC 11135BP). The anticancer composition is administered together with conventional therapy for cancer. The conventional therapy is surgical operation, chemical therapy, radiation therapy, or immune therapy.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有海洋微生物提取物的抗癌组合物，以确保各种细胞系的抗癌作用，并诱导癌细胞凋亡。 构成：抗癌组合物含有芽孢杆菌属。 应变提取物作为活性成分。 癌症是头颈癌，胃癌，肝癌，结肠癌，肺癌或黑素瘤。 芽孢杆菌 菌株是芽孢杆菌属。 SW31（KCTC 11135BP）。 抗癌组合物与常规的癌症治疗一起施用。 常规治疗是外科手术，化疗，放射治疗或免疫治疗。
